Austin, Smitty and Daryl "Double D" ROCK!!!!
Austin, I call him "MMA Austin!" Bright young sales guy, ex military. He was INCREDIBLE! He let me look for a good bit on my own and I really, really appreciated that. I noticed he was hanging back and when I'd looked around for a bit--he let me approach him. His personality and his professionalism are excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend Austin as your next car salesman. I had had a rather intense experience at another Toyota dealership the day before and the attitude at this dealership was totally different. Smitty (the manager) and Daryl "Double D" were so warm and knowledgeable about the car buying experience. I would recommend this dealership to EVERYONE! It was a wonderful experience today AND they gave me a deal that was 1,000 dollars less than another dealership! Can't beat that my friends! Go to this dealership and talk to MMA Austin! the Amazing Smitty and the Incredible Daryl "Double D!" After my experience yesterday. . . it was like night and day. I left THIS dealership feeling excited and uplifted by the whole experience!

Very poor experience
Terrible experience that stretched out for six days after I purchased a pre-owned car from this location. Ran credit using an absurdly low dollar amount on my trade-in which I had not agreed to. When I told them I would not accept that amount for my trade-in, they asked if they could leave the trade-amount the same on the application and write me a check for an additional $1000 so they wouldn't have to re-run the application. I agreed to this - it was only after we were in the middle of signing paperwork 30 minutes later that I was told it would be four days before they'd be able to cut me that check. I told the business manager they would get the title to my car when I got the check, which very clearly offended him. Four days turned into six, and only after multiple phone conversations and visits back to the dealership did I finally receive that check. I don't know if the ordeal was due to malice or simple incompetence on the part of several members of their management. I would never do business with this dealership again.

Car was just as advertised. Salesman, Sales Manager and Finance Manager were all knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. A great place to buy a used car. Will consider them again

Used Vehicle Purchase
Recently, I saw a used Tundra at the dealership that caught my attention. Price was decent and vehicle was in great condition. I approached this with apprehension because while I have only purchased 2 cars from Toyota of Greenville, I have had to walk away from several others. Typically, messages are mixed, communications between salesperson and managers are inconsistent and the deals are not deals. Each of the times that I have walked, I have felt as if I would not return to this dealer. This transaction began nearly the same way, mix ups on promises, more misunderstandings, etc...Once again, I felt as if this would end as before. I actually got up and left one meeting, and was prepared to end the deal at another. However, I must hand it to Sam (salesperson), this guy operates with integrity and honesty...and is persistent on the buyers behalf. That is refreshing. In the end, we were able to finalize a deal that I was comfortable with. Sam deserves all of the credit because, as previously mentioned, this deal fell apart on more than one occasion.

Toyota Rav 4
We bought a Toyota Rav 4 this week from Shawn England at Toyota of Greenville. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and wanted to find us the best deal for our needs.
