Customer Service sucks. The service department and communication lacking in every aspect. Stay far far away!

my vehicle was in their service department for one month

my vehicle was in their service department for one month for a transmission repair that they originally told me would take one week! Communication was way below subpar. If I could give ZERO stars, I would instead of one star. I had to call most days to find out that my vehicle was not ready when they told me that day it would be ready. I had to rearrange my life and rides around picking up my vehicle to only learn that it wasn't ready when they said it would be. They blamed back order of parts and then blamed the delay on parts that were defective. After complaining of the bad communication, I was offered a rental, free of service. However, after picking up my vehicle after three weeks, I had to return it again because it was stuck in first gear. They kept it another week to only blame a defective part once again. After I finally received my vehicle back and the transmission was working fine, I took my vehicle to get an oil change and tire rotated. This is when I learned that a lug nut was missing. So not only did they have my vehicle for one month, when it should have been one week, their mechanic FORGOT to replace the lug nuts. What mechanic doesn't check and re-check that? I informed Stan of this and he graciously offered to refund me the $12 I paid to this shop to put on another lug nut. Now I am seriously wondering if the parts were defective or if the installation of the parts were defective? I MEAN WHEN I SAY, ***** DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHP EVER!****

rec'd my free oil change and tire rotation and car wash .

rec'd my free oil change and tire rotation and car wash . I had recently washed and waxed my Jeep a few days earlier . When my wife returned I noticed white spots all over the car . I had to rinse and towel dry my Jeep to get it back to what it was before she took it in .They always make us aware of what services might be needed and I appreciate that but I take it for service locally as it's way more affordable .
