I would not recommend this dealer! Very hard to deal with, only available 9-5 Monday thru Friday. With this type of inventory a lot of customers would have to travel. I'm in Colorado and hard to find time to travel to Detroit. Because they would not do a Saturday I had to book about 10 days out. Had a local inspector look at the vehicle on a Thursday AM and he reported back that it had a bad vibration while driving at certain rpms. I spoke to them that day and said I had to book my flight so I was committed to being there the next Thursday in the afternoon. I arrived and test drove the vehicle, it drove even worse that described bad vibration at all rpms. The vehicle had a new 6.0L EFI engine. It ran like a straight 6 with a bad miss. They knew I was coming to buy the vehicle. It would seem they didn't even try to have the problem looked at before I wasted my time and money to get there. Could not spend 80K and have it shipped to Colorado with trust me we will get it fixed. Total lack of respect for their customers time and money wasted ($1,400.00 for nothing). Again, I would feel a little different if they had even tried to fix it before I got there.

Look Closely!!
Take a close look at the undercarriage pics when looking for a 4x4. Usually signs of shoddy spray paint/undercoating covering up flaws. I can only imagine what else they cover up.

This Dealer sells on Ebay and I had a bad experience with them. I notified Ebay. I would stay away from them. Go to Yelp and see all the 1 star reviews they have.

NOT HONEST
TALKED TO RALPH, EXPRESSED GREAT INTEREST IN A CAR, HAD THE MONEY HE WANTED ME TO GIVE HIM INFO ON A TRADE, I GOT MY TRADE OUT STORAGE, DETAILED IT, TOOK PICTURES, FILLED OUT FORMS. RALPH SAID HE WOULD TALK TO THE TRADE PEOPLE. NO RESPONSE FROM RALPH, CALLED HIM THE NEXT DAY SAID IT WAS SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE. RIGHT. TYPICAL CAR SALESMAN. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS CHICKEN OUTFIT.

No Integrity
Purchased a vehicle after having extensive conversations with the manager regarding the specifics and working condition of the systems and mechanicals. Bottom line is that they lied both verbally and in the written description. They have no integrity and their word means nothing. They are the epitome of the negative associations of a "used car salesman". While fully aware, I didn't think they would literally lie to someones face about almost everything. This wasn't a misrepresentation, it was mindful deception. They are another example of a business model built on cheating vs. offering value.

1987 Buick Grand National
Found the 1987 Buick Grand National on the GR Auto website. Brendan was a great help from the third party inspection, purchase and even helping with the shipping. Upon receipt of the Buick it was better than expected! Thanks for a smooth transaction.

Even though this is a classic car consignment service,...
Even though this is a classic car consignment service, there are some aspects of a used car dealer here. I have and will continue to recommend them because they have a great inventory and friendly staff. However, you need to be aware that their goal is to sell the car, so you need to be an informed consumer. In my purchase, there were claims that were made re: mileage on a rebuilt engine via the copy on the posting on the web site, but none of these claims could be substantiated with any paperwork or documentation (of which there was plenty). Are they just relaying what the seller told them, or are they making stuff up trying to sell a car? Who cares? The end result is the same. Trust but verify. Other things to watch out for - they reuse a lot of the same verbiage on their website for each ad around how the car was cared for, recent maintenance, etc. Don't trust what you read. As far as I'm concerned, if there are no receipts, maintenance didn't happen. Get an independent inspection even if there are receipts. If there is no documentation, take that into consideration when you make your offer. The sales process is very simple. We negotiated so quickly that I probably overpaid, but I came away happy with what I got. Title and license plates were handled, and it was the easiest car purchase I've ever made.
