My husband and I bought our 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour from Tony M at USA Auto Center and I could not be more pleased. Tony is a very kind, decent, honest, and caring person. We purchased our car sight-unseened as we live in Wyoming. I was flying back from a business trip and got off in Denver where Tony picked me up personally late on a Friday night and drove me back to his office where we quickly completed our papers and I was on my way. He even called the next morning to make sure I made it home because he wanted to ensure my safety. I would (and plan to) buy my next car from Tony without hesitation. He is low-key but always available on his cell phone and very straightforward about what you are getting and anything you should be concerned about. I can't say enough about how pleasant this car-buying experience was. Oh and by the way I got an unbelievable deal on the car because he doesn't have sales people to pay commissions to on top of the deal so we got it for thousands under book value....AND WE LOVE OUR CAR! Go to Tony; you won't regret it. And if you read carefully the one or two less-than-perfect reviews here you will see that Tony responds to the issues and I can say that I felt comfortable doing everything including sending our cash to Tony before ever meeting him.
