I recently purchased a 2022 GLE450. They were great, especially the saleswoman, until she/they had my money and POOF(!), they all disappeared. Couldn't get them to send the signal that released previous owner from 'owning' the car and all its apps and they reneged on their word to give me 2 keys. Those keys are over $1,000. Despite accepting that I was told the car came with 2 keys, he refused to give that second one to me. Is this really Mercedes? Sounds like a used car lot from 1975. The owner didn't even respond to my email which was polite and professional. Simply, stay away from Phil Long stores.

The fixed it again and once again it stopped after
I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED- MERCEDES JUST FIXED MY TRUCK- IVE NEVER BEEN STRANDED, THEY PUT NEW EMISSIONS IN AND IM STRANDED ON THE INTERSTATE- WOW, SUPPOSED TO BE HEADING OUT OF TOWN AND THEY TOTALLY MESSED UP MY TRUCK- THEY WERE SO CONCERNED WITH ME FIXING OTHER STUFF THAT I WASNT GOING FOR - AND THE STUFF THEY FIXED CAUSED ME TO BE STRANDED

Can't believe.. disrespectful service
General disrespect. No care for customer. Service paid for not rendered. Tools left in car. Oil spilled in engine compartment. Safety inspection not done. Recalls not performed. Did not even reset service B light . After 569.00 for two filters and a oil change. Did not find bent lower control arm or bad frt wheel bearings. Give an F

Great customer service
Kevin in the service department has the BEST customer service skills. Four weeks ago I was having trouble with tire pressure readings on screen, over the phone Kevin walked me through on how to reset it. THIS SAVED ME A TRIP TO THE SHOP,being I live in Pueblo. Saturday I have an appointment for yearly service, over the phone he took care of everything where as when I go in everything is set up. To anyone out of town who has concerns of dealing out of town DON'T WORRY they go out or their way to accommodate you! Thank you Kevin and Will is always the best also!

Quality Service and Reputable
Scheduled service based on mileage and time. Given an appointment when requested, no wait to be processed into shop, completed service within the timeframe committed and provided a printout of service and inspection. Answered all my questions and sent me on my way, a satisfied customer.
