I was recently looking to trade my 2010 Camry in to get back in a Truck so I called Evan Rainwater at Ralph Hayes Toyota, who my wife and I have purchased our last 9 vehicles from. He suggested leasing a brand new 2014 Toyota Tacoma Pre-runner since my commute is less than it has been. I was not only thrilled with the trade-in value of my camry but overwhelmed at the Charcoal Tacoma he located me and the accessories it was equipped with. He was one of the most knowledgeable and personable GM's I have ever dealt with and we won't buy a car/truck from anyone else. From the moment we arrived at Ralph Hayes, he greeted us at the door and seated us and provided us with drinks and snacks. We were then assisted by Gina, a remarkable sales associate that walked and talked me through every inch of my new truck. The wait to go into finance was much shorter than expected and once inside was pleasant and brief. Celeste, the new car delivery specialist then programmed my bluetooth and we were all set to drive away in our brand new Tacoma. The overall experience Evan Rainwater and his staff at Ralph Hayes Toyota provided us was second to none! If you are in the market for a new Toyota or used vehicle, it is worth the drive to Anderson!

I am a mother of two teenage sons that both needed cars, with my husband working out of town. We came to Ralph Hayes and Scott Brown and Evan Rainwater were both very accomadating by getting both the boys the car that they loved . One of the cars had a small scratch on it ,which the service dep. fixed very well.Evan and Scott both treated me very well, I never felt like I was being taken advange of because I was a women.I was very pleased with the service that they gave to me.

The whole buying car process at Ralph Hayes Toyota was a great experience! Everyone is very helpful, friendly, and want you to be comfortable in what you are purchasing. The general managers and salesmen are very personable and truly listen to what you want/need and don't push you into buying something that isn't right for you. Other than having to wait while the manager signs off on the paperwork, our experience has been great. The staff is friendly and the sales representative, Scott Brown, was knowledgeable and informative. The offering of refreshments and television while we wait is nice and a good way to treat the customers right.
