Everyone always does a great job.

Everyone always does a great job.. This time John went over and above. He wasn’t even working on my case but answered my questions and went ahead and fixed the problem without even being asked. We are always treated with respect and kindness!!!

Every time I go there I’m greeted respectfully we go over

Every time I go there I’m greeted respectfully we go over the car see what we have to do and everything is taken care of. I sit in the lounge reading my paper. I can’t ask for much more. They’re very good at Ingersol Pulling

We have purchased or leased at least 8 vehicles from here. The staff is outstanding from the sales person in this case Ellie. The sales manager is outstanding Dominick and Jerrod in finance is awesome. Everyone always courteous and kind. Highly recommend Ingersoll Auto of Pawling.

Good vibes

Extremely nice staff, very professional team players from service desk to the shop. A very clean and safely run facility. Waiting area was comfortable. Service was done in a reasonable time. Service prices appear to be fair. Will definitely continue with my service here, also would consider a purchase from them in the future.

This is the second time that this has happened. I make a scheduled appointment, drop the car off the night before and it sat there for 6 days!!! Totally unaccepatble. Although the service department was in contact with me, I was never told that they could not fix it or look at it, never told to take the car someplace else or offered a loaner while my car sat for 6 days. On the 6th day I received a phone call at 4 pm to let me know that they looked at the car. They could not find the problem I complained about. General Maintenance was done oil change and tire rotation. It was ready to be picked up and what the cost was. Although customer service was very polite and professional, this could have been handled differently. After spending over $286+ not having the car for 6 days and being told there was nothing wrong with the car I am not a happy consumer. This dealerships service department could have handled this better.

Made appointment to test drive a used car that I found on Car Gurus. Our salesman, Ryan Rivero had the car ready, was prepared with all the information about the vehicle and made the buying experience a pleasure. On return to purchase the vehicle he was very thorough and extremely patient with a very inexperienced insurance agent. I would highly recommend purchasing from him and Ingersoll.

I had an excellent experience with having my car repaired at Ingersoll Chevy. My car was diagnosed and repaired as promised. The whole service department was friendly and knowledgeable.
