    Well this is rare for me and I never thought I would have such a great time again with a car dealer. First let me say I am sure I join a long list of happy... customers that went to Ingersoll of pawling. Dylan and Torrey were way better than all other dealerships with helping me with my needs and wants. Other dealers can learn from them on just how to treat and make a customer feel relaxed and not pressured in the car buying experience. If u have a chance or the time to visit this dealership(Ingersoll of pawling)I am sure all of your needs with be addressed and handled with people that really care about doing whatever they can for the customer.     The other day I stopped by Ingersoll of Pawling to just mention the my tale light was out. I wanted to know which light I should buy to replace it. The... staff member I talked with immediately told me they would look at my car, took my keys to the service department, and had them check out my vehicle. I didn't have to wait very long. My car was looked at in a very reasonable time frame, and on top of that, the dealership replaced the bulb at no cost to me. As I was waiting the staff was friendly enough to occupy my time with conversation and coffee. This dealership has top notch employees and service. I would definitely recommend Ingersoll of Pawling for repairs, and much much more!

    My third car/truck from Ingersol in 3 years. All Chevy's. Dominick the salesperson was brand new to sales in 2014, selling me my first Silverado on his... first day ! His dedication to making the sales experience painless and showing care and concern for the customer is something you don"t find in many new sales people today. He truly went above and beyond for all my purchases. The dealership, family run, is hard to come by these days. Terrific, that's all I can say... reminds me of growing up around cars and dealerships of the past. The Parts and Service Depts. have been equally impressive and helpful for anything I've needed.

    Saw the car online, sent an inquiring email. I received an immediate response,very informative. Drove from CT on Sunday to go test drive the car. We... were very pleased with the appearance of the dealership , very clean, professional and organized. Everyone who worked with us it was very professional and courteous and pleasant. We purchased the car on Tuesday everything was done for us we drove off the lot with paperwork complete. I didn't have to do anything. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. I would absolutely go back again and recommend my friends to go there as well

    Good service. I thought the price to plug a tire was a little high. Especially since they had the tires off to rotate them. I dont think I will have them... do the simple repairs that I could do.

    Had deal done. Called to let them know I had check from bank and wanted to setup delivery. No call back for 3 days finally get an email saying the vehicle... sold. Huge waste of time. Find a different dealer!

Had we come to agreement on terms of the sale, we would have ...held the vehicle for you with a minimal deposit, and set a time for delivery.     Ingersoll Auto of Pawling was incredible upon entry, to the minute I sealed the deal. Specifically, Libby, went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable... on every level, and treated me like someone she knew personally, as opposed to someone she was simply doing business with. Libby made a point to care about more than just the vehicle I was purchasing, but she ensured everything else such as my other vehicle that was being returned to another dealership(end of a lease) was also squared away. Libby made the car purchasing process a breeze, and I never felt overwhelmed or taken advantage of. Thank you, For everything.
