Horrible. The staff was the worst. It was literally like they did not care whether I bought a car or not. The were actually put out when I would ask questions. Avoid at all costs.

I emailed the dealer via the online form, as I am interested in the immediate purchase of a car they had listed. The dealer never contacted me back. It would have been nice if they at least responded that it's no longer available.

Nick Neel is best car sales person I have ever met! He's kind, honest, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, Patient and just an all-around gentleman. He followed up with me when I was wanting to drive the car, answered questions, put me in the massage chair, and was so kind to me and my wife-we felt like we knew him our whole lives! The most hassle-free car buying experience I have ever had. Salesman Bill was upfront, with history and condition of the vehicle. Finance rep Chris did his job in under 15 minutes. We drove by this dealership on our way home from cargo van shopping. We were done for the day and ready to go home. Told my husband, let's turn around and just look. We ended up buying a car.
