Found the exact car I wanted here at Prestman. I flew in from San Francisco, bought it and drove it home in the same day. Nick was great, very good on the phone and text messages, answered all my questions promptly. He even arranged a pick up at the airport for me, now that's customer service.

Nick was awesome. Good service and an overall decent experience. Not a lot of pressure and I love my new car. Only annoyed I barely had enough fuel to get to the gas station across the street.

Nick's cool
Nick is cool and refreshing honest. He puts the customers interests first by not pushing other cars onto us that we weren't interested in. He also pointed out potential issues in cars we were interesting in buying. It was great!

My experience
I have not yet purchased a car from Prestman Auto, but I have visited their lot and dealt with employees there. They have a large array of vehicles to choose from at many different price points. I appreciate that the price on the sticker is the actual price of the vehicle because going back-and-forth on pricing is so frustrating at other dealerships. The salesman I have worked with there is Nick Neel. He has been very honest with me when I’ve had questions and hasn’t been pushy at all. I will be working with him when I’m ready to purchase my next vehicle.

Re-writing my review as all issues as touching the purchase of the 2018 Subaru Forester. After the sale, Prestman service department was very helpful establishing a service contract to remedy existing mechanical issues.
