I always get a timely appointment.

I always get a timely appointment. When I get there, the staff are ready to go and helpful. They send detailed inspection videos. They let me know when other services can be considered vs are needed truly as to save time and money while also keeping my trusty car going for years to come.

Regular oil change and tire rotation. Hendrick Honda took me in right away as scheduled and completed the service in very reasonable time.

Repair was made in timely manner yesterday, but it took

Repair was made in timely manner yesterday, but it took almost a year to get fuel pump that was under recall! Have to assume that pumps were needed to keep assembly line running? Also, when my wife came to pick up car, she was ignored for about 5 minutes despite there being several service writers just standing around- finally a mechanic? came over and asked if he could help her. Not the proper response by those service writers just standing around!
