My service experience at Hendricks Honda in Easley, SC

My service experience at Hendricks Honda in Easley, SC was exasperating. Due to no fault of the service advisor a repair piece had to be ordered from Atlanta and delivered the next morning. He provided me a loaner car as I had a legal appointment late that afternoon. I explained my situation and that I could spend the night in the area, (I live in Atlanta). Problem is the service advisor promised but NEVER gave me a follow up call. I had to track my car down. Not good.

Hendrick Honda staff provided a "no pressure" car buying

Hendrick Honda staff provided a "no pressure" car buying experience. I would go back again. I had spoken with a couple who had purchased their Hondas from Hendricks and they too were pleased with the service of the salesperson they dealt with. Since it is typically a large purchase it is important to feel comfortable with the sales staff involved. Rome was great. Thank you!

Very courteous staff that preformed my routine

Very courteous staff that preformed my routine maintenance in a timely manner. They also fixed a loose door latch at no charge. I will continue working with them.
