They tried to charge a diagnostic fee of $150 on my vehicle that has less than 10k miles that is still under warranty for an issue that is covered under warranty. Will not be returning.

While we were shopping for a used vehicle, a friend told

While we were shopping for a used vehicle, a friend told us about several excellent people to ask for at Toyota of Easley. We were fortunate enough to work with Richie Christopher. He listened carefully to our needs and helped us set up an appointment to drive both the cars we were most curious about - the Toyota RAV4 and the Hyundai Tucson. Richie allowed all three of us plenty of meaningful driving time in both cars. That proved to be very important. We wanted plenty of interior room and eventually settled on the Hyundai. Richie was so kind and proved extremely helpful in us finally getting the vehicle we really wanted. He has a calm, pleasant way with his customers. He allows the vehicles to sell themselves while being quick to provide us with any information we needed to make an informed purchase. Richie is clearly an experienced auto salesman. But at no point did it seem he resorted to any sort of hard sell. I think his experience helped him realize that wasn't necessary with us. He succeeded in building a good rapport and a friendly relationship with all of us very quickly. When I'm being sold something, I place great importance on working with someone who is genuine. That's Richie. None of us will soon forget how he facilitated a very pleasant shopping experience for us and finally took the initiative to help us get OUR car. He went far beyond what I'd ever seen a car salesman be willing to do in making a sale. We're very satisfied with our experience at Toyota of Easley. And impressed. I hope Richie will be there next time we find ourselves in the market for a vehicle.

George was so personable for us.

George was so personable for us. We purchased my daughter’s first car, and he made sure we had a top rate experience for her. He ensured we got a got value on our trade-in, he sold us a clean, road-ready vehicle, and he joined in the excitement of giving her the car. The entire staff were very helpful … great customer service . Elizabeth is who I spoke with on the phone to set up the appointment. Jarrod was the person who served me as I arrived. Mike …driving the shuttle vehicle … was very kind taking me to Belk’s to spend my time while waiting for the servicing.
