Sold me a lemon and is leaving me to deal with it haha

Sold me a lemon and is leaving me to deal with it haha got 4 alignments on my truck and everyone in that building seems to have their heads cocked to the right if they think my steering wheel is straight. Joke of a time and will never buy a vehicle from here again. Service is terrible and this dealership sells lemons.

The gentleman that greeted me was very nice, he promptly

The gentleman that greeted me was very nice, he promptly notified Jason that I had arrived. Jason got my car in and out promptly and the gentleman that retrieved my car was pleasant as well. Good job all around!

Over the last 6 years I have been very satisfied with the

Over the last 6 years I have been very satisfied with the service that I have received from Planet Nissan. The Service has been great and they have helped me with questions I had regarding maintenance. My 2020 Nissan Murano has been treated well also with cleanliness and good maintenance when needed. The staff is friendly and respectful - something that I have not found as a woman at other dealerships. I am grateful for a company that I can trust to give me good and respectful advice and service for my vehicle. Alexander Lobos has been a great service writer for me. Thank you

Went in for a 10,000-mile service.

Went in for a 10,000-mile service. My Service guy Ken is top tier, I bought the car knowing he would be my service advisor. In and out in short order, no cost as I have the warranty that covers everything plus free oil changes (2). Professional, experts, focused on the customer.
