This was the best buying experience ever first and full most I felt at home during my purchase of my vehicle. I selected an audi q3 and I knew I just wanted it. They made it happen for me! I felt like I was at home during my purchase and they also directed me to this great diner down the road the food was amazing. The vehicle I purchased was as clean as a whistle and one owner at that low miles and worth the price that I paid for it. They were very fair til the end mom dad and son they really know how to provide loving and amazing customer service and they remind me of my family. I will definitely purchase another vehicle with them and I highly recommend this family business!

I was recently in the market to buy a used Lexus RX 350 . I stopped by this lot because they have really nice cars . I saw a Lexus I was very interested in and I asked to see it . While I was allowed to sit in it but not offered to test drive but the man working there offered to send a buyers order to my bank??? Before I have a chance to test drive , I thought that happened after I decided to buy ??? I mentioned that I was intending to trade my car but he didn’t even ask about or look at my car . I’m thinking maybe he was thinking that I could not afford the car ?? I have since purchased a Lexus from another dealer that allowed me to test drive the car to make sure I wanted to purchase it and made a offer on my trade and then we sent the buyers order to my bank . They have very nice cars but customer service needs to be improved.

This dealership has all luxury high end cars that are competitively priced. My buying experience was pleasurable without any pressure and I had complete confidence I was purchasing a fabulous quality vehicle. An extended warranty is offered by this dealer, at an additional cost of course. I highly recommend Sports and Imports.

Drove 200 miles to see the car we bought and drove back the next day to pick it up. Mike at Sports and Imports stayed late to let us drive the car and draw up the paperwork. Easiest car purchase I have ever made. Fair, no hassle pricing and a very clean car. Complete dealer service record, new tires and brake pads, exactly what we were looking for. When I buy another car I will just call Sports and Imports and tell the what I am looking for. No reason to shop anywhere else.

This is the only place that I would anticipate buying a used car due to the quality, condition, value for the dollar, and excellent service. It is family owned and the Kranidiotis family proudly stands behind every vehicle that they sell, making any and every effort to guarantee your satisfaction Even other local competitive car dealers have told me that , although you may find a better deal, you will NOT find a better car. I was in the market for a preowned car and could not find what I was looking for in Columbia. I found Sports and Imports online. I called and explained to Mike what I was looking for and he assured me that he had what I wanted. He rearranged his schedule to accomadate the timeframe I needed in order to see and test drive the car. When I arrived on the lot, he came out and greeted me with a smile and he had the keys ready to the vehicles I wanted to test drive. After test driving , Mike showed me the carfax and went over the vehicle with me. I was impressed with his honesty as it relates to the cost of the vehicle.
