Trust the Yelp review. They don't take responsibility over anything their employees did wrong, which was to steal my new van at the time, and never made it right like the owner said he would, after finding out what his employees did. Then I was out not only my brand new van from somewhere else, the loaner vehicle i was handed till it got sorted out, that wouldn't pass any kind of inspection and scary to drive, ended up being SOLD to me. While waiting for news about where my van went, I received loan papers in the mail, for a loan I never asked for, signed for, or would have ever wanted. I went there because an employee from there, answered my add for a cheap wheelchair lift. I handed them my keys, and signed a paper saying I promised to return the loaner vehicle or I would have to pay for it. I was later told that dealerships don't install lifts, and they don't have loaner cars. So his employees pulled a scam, and he was supposed to take care of it, once he found out what was done, was true. He never kept any promises, nor ever even tried to make it right. I lost over $42,000 that day between his employees taking my new van, and handing me a loan for $12,800 on a vehicle that shouldn't even be on the road, and probably worth $300 bucks at best. So many promises, yet not one kept. Threatening that he wouldn't help at all if I wrote a bad review over his employees stealing a car and handing out a loan. But now its been long enough to know he probably never intended to ever really keep any promise or try anything to make it right.

My recent purchase at Country Hill was great. Got the truck I have been looking for. Rob Zuel is a great salesman. No pressure and purchase was quick and seamless. Out the door quick.

I was surprised to see the negative reviews here. Our experience with Debra was outstanding the day after Christmas. She was helpful and efficient in working our deal, and the closing and paperwork was also pretty quick and easy.

Brakes bad, transmission bad, radiator bad, spare tire

Brakes bad, transmission bad, radiator bad, spare tire bad, power steering pump bad, worst used car purchase in my 53 years. Can't come up with one positive thing to say. It was a good price but everything fell apart within 90 days.

Purchased a 1977 CJ5 Jeep, was shipped to me, dealer

Purchased a 1977 CJ5 Jeep, was shipped to me, dealer stated the vehicle had been inspected in their service dept and everything was ok. Upon arriving the tail lights, turn signals, did not work and appear to have not worked forever. Steering wheel has a bad bearing and does not turn properly, have already spent $ 300 dollars on parts and labor. Radio speakers and woofer are not wired up, and carburetor is leaking gas very badly. If your service department inspected this vehicle, then they are either blind or restarted. Very unhappy customer. Robert Jarrell

Received a call from the owner of this dealership, who apologized for my vehicle bypassing the service inspection department, It was truly an accident or fell thru the rigid inspection that all their vehicles go thru. The owner again apologized for their oversight and agreed to have my issues with my Jeep taken care of at no cost to me. This is a true representation of a good honest dealership. Makes me proud that I purchased my vehicle from Country Hill Motors of Merriam Kansas. Respectfully Robert Jarrell

Worst experience I have ever had.

Worst experience I have ever had. From the minute I got there they acted like they didn't even want my business. Not to mention the product was falsely advertised. I work in Sales and would never treat a customer the way they treated. I will never go back and make sure no one I know ever does as well. If the salesperson worked where I do her would be fired on the spot for his smart remarks after my visit the next day.
