These people are liars and crooks.

These people are liars and crooks. They will manipulate your vehicle history report. They knowingly sell defective vehicles. The manager violently screamed at me for calling him out on this when i found out the transmission was replaced right and left off the carfax right before it was sold to me! And told me I need to shut my mouth! Please don't go here. I know it looks like a nice car for a good deal. But I promise you will regret it. Horrible!!! I wish I would have read more reviews on them before I went there. Because they paint a pretty good picture of how awful this place it.

I would not recommend Country Hill Motors.

I would not recommend Country Hill Motors. I purchased a vehicle here in August and later noticed undisclosed hail damage after the sale. It was difficult to see at the time of purchase because of the sun and heat, but it should have been disclosed. In addition, the dealership claimed they had texted me that my title was ready. I never received that message, nor did they confirm message receipt or try to call, and I had to reach out myself nearly a month later to find out. Because of this delay, my temporary tag now expires before I can even get into the DMV for an appointment. I asked if they could extend the temp tag, but they refused, leaving me at risk of driving illegally. This was very disappointing. Buyers deserve transparency and support from a dealership, especially with something as important as the title and registration process.

I just bought my car from Country Hill Motors and so far

I just bought my car from Country Hill Motors and so far all I can say is that Rob took excellent care of me before and after I bought my car. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with my decisions and no hard sell was done. I totally recommend purchasing a car from Rob at Country Hill Motors.

This dealer is ANOTEHR dealer who advertises a price

This dealer is ANOTEHR dealer who advertises a price online, but then when you ask what the out the door price is.. they tack on another $1395 to the advertised price (xx). Thier website says, "ALL PRE-OWNED VEHICLES ARE PLUS POLYSTEEL PROTECTION OF $946 AND AN ADMINISTRATION FEE OF $449 WILL BE ADDED TO THE VEHICLE". How is this not false advertising? These are used cars with some having over 120k miles and I have my own financing set up. No one buys these cars with a warranty that will just likely be a rip off.. especially for $950. Come on man.. .xxx. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Bought a car a couple years back from them.

Bought a car a couple years back from them. Oil issues right off the bat/coolant issues soon after, fought with the shop manager for almost two years trying to actually get them to warranty it. He told me they had to run a consumption test and that when they had enough results recorded they would be able to put a new motor in. I was forced to bring my car to them for oil changes each time, and despite being 2 quarts low after 2-3k miles MULTIPLE times, they lied about recording it whenever it was that bad. Not sure they recorded anything except after I got management from the dealership involved. I ended up having to talk to John Cowdin and even then I had to hound and hound about it to finally use the warranty I paid for. Now, the “barely used” motor they put in is having the same problems 20k miles later. Do not trust these people with your money, and if you’re having issues with them record EVERYTHING. They will lie and give you the run around as long as they possibly can. At this point I’m wondering if they even did put a different motor in. Again DO. NOT. TRUST. THEM.

I was surprised to see the negative reviews here.

I was surprised to see the negative reviews here. Our experience with Debra was outstanding the day after Christmas. She was helpful and efficient in working our deal, and the closing and paperwork was also pretty quick and easy.

Brakes bad, transmission bad, radiator bad, spare tire

Brakes bad, transmission bad, radiator bad, spare tire bad, power steering pump bad, worst used car purchase in my 53 years. Can't come up with one positive thing to say. It was a good price but everything fell apart within 90 days.
