Service advisors are great but the service director is

Service advisors are great but the service director is not helpful at all. The service director told me not to come back after the technician damaged my car that is only 2 months old

The service director kicked me out and would not let me

The service director kicked me out and would not let me do warranty work or safety recalls. He tryed to change and lie on the repair order. I spent 4 hours there and they could not fix my car.

The service advisor was good but the service director

The service advisor was good but the service director lied and tryed to falsify my repair order. Then the service director kicked me out and told me I could not come even if it was for a safety recall or a safety concern.

This was my second inspection.

This was my second inspection. The first time (last year) I was told 2 hours and it took at least four. Yesterday I was also told 2 hours and it took 5. I kept checking in and was told 30 minutes more over and over. This was frustrating as it felt like I spent the whole day in the waiting room when I thought I'd be done by 11am at the latest, but what peeved me even more is that as I was waiting for another status, an employee made a disparaging comment about LGBT people to another employee. That is just not cool in this day and age, and honestly it made me feel like this place is just cruel and dysfunctional. The employee's name was Orlando. I was not dealing directly with him so it was not that person (although I apologize, I forgot his name and marked Orlando below). I felt like the person I was dealing with directly was probably doing his best to get my car done and there was something else going on that caused the delay, but the delay was just so long it became incredibly frustrating. Between those two (the delay and the comment about LGBT people), the whole process just left me fuming. This is my honest experience.

Ms Brown was excellent in assisting me.

Ms Brown was excellent in assisting me. My only disappointment was the fact that my car only had 4k miles and the lady outside gave me a paper showing that I needed an alignment and I do believe that the dealership is trying to scam the customer and there was no feeling of my suv was going the wrong direction when driving. Customer satisfaction is better than customer aggravation. Scamming customers will also result in bad publicity.
