Very unprofessional General Sales Manager.

Very unprofessional General Sales Manager. He has no work ethics. Disgusting condescending person as a General Manager that is supposed to represent Honda. He needs work ethics retraining. Very bad experience in this Honda dealer. Watch out peoples don’t let them fool you.

I have never been treated so badly by a customer service

I have never been treated so badly by a customer service rep. I brought my car in because it has a oil leak, my car is new a sedan year 2022 with less than 20K miles. The first thing I was ask was “what do you want us to do” I said my car was under warranty but that mean nothing because I was immediately told by Orlando the advisor or customer rep, honestly now sure what is his title, that he doubt that the warranty will cover that. I don’t know about cars but I do know a new car cannot be leaking oil that is an indicator of a mayor problem. Then he ask why did I bring the car there and that I needed to take the car to the last place where it was served, which was another Honda dealer. Currently I’m waiting for my car to be fully diagnose but I will never go back to Millennium Honda. They don’t treat you with respect
