Price for service done seemed excessive. Demeanor of service rep was warm at first but throughout the day, she was more curt and less polite. For example: I asked for an update on how long the service would take and she said “look, you can see they are working on your car right now (through the window).” It was pretty rude and unnecessary considering I approached her very politely. It was like I was bothering her.

Clearly, the best Honda dealer in the area, since I decided to do bussines with them.
