Oil change

Excellent service, nice people, very knowledgeable, very nice location. I was served very quickly. This is my third automobile that I’ve purchased at millennium Honda.

Outstanding performance of Lillian Hamilton

I noticed that the light for service on my CRV was on and my car was “ sucking up” gas. I did not have an scheduled appointment , but I decided to bring the car for service anyway. Upon arrival at the dealer, I explained to Lilian my concern/worry both in terms of the light that is on and the fact that a full tank does not cover my round trip from Brooklyn to Long Island. Lilian assured me that they will thoroughly diagnose what is wrong and promise me that everything will be fine. I asked her do I have to leave the car over night, she answers clearly, “though, I am a not a mechanic, based on record, you have been consistent in servicing the car, therefore, most likely you might not need to leave the car over night but I will confer with the mechanic for sure”. Right there, I called this honesty. This is was very comforting to me as a worried customer. She invited me to enjoy a hot cup of beverage while waiting. You might ask what so special about Lillian’s service. The answer is simple EVERYTHING. Just an example, just the fact that she was willing to help me without having an appointment, I am grateful for that b) she came from time to time to give me an update on my car c) she discussed various options, and recommended what must be done today, in other, non negotiable. Lilian’s professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer concerns, are just amazing. While I was waiting, she came over to speak to another customer, I watched her from far, and guess what: she addressed the person with the same respect, humor, professionalism, and kindness, that’s someone who has good work ethics. Here is Lillian’s key phrase to all her customers: I know your time is precious, I promise you will received top-notch service today; we at Honda Millennium will try our level best to make it happen in short period of time. I understand something, I spent 3 hours sitting at the dealer, but with Lillian I never spent 3 hours being ignored nor forgotten., that 's the key. Lilllian makes the trip to the dealer enjoyable, and this is with great, great pleasure and satisfaction that I volunteer to write this review on her behalf. Marie Bernier

oil change

i came in for an oil change and to get my side mirror repaired. i was addressed by payl and claritza. i felt that they were vwry pleasant.

Only cost $10 for the inspection , didn’t have to stay to long to get it done , in and out within an hour the most

We need more Lily Hamiltons in this world

I can not say enough nice things about Lily. She took my info over the phone so that I didn't have a long wait when I got there, and she fit me in right away where as I was told to wait a week at another Honda dealer in the area. She knew that I had to be out by a certain time, and did her best to accommodate me. Lily called me a few times during the day with the progress as she knew that I was already stressed out, and the cost was a lot less than I had anticipated. I will definitely return to her for any future repairs.
