My husband found the X5 that we have been looking for at

My husband found the X5 that we have been looking for at BMW of Columbus through an online search. The color we have been hunting, Ametrin, had been VERY hard to find. We looked at the multiple photos of the car, and read the available CarFax. When the dealership accepted our offered price, the car was delivered to our house. I have been enjoying my beautiful X5 ever since. The entire process took 2 days!

I truly appreciate Mr. Thomas and Mr. David for the exceptional services they provided me throughout the entire process from building my new BMW to keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Thanks to the team member who took time to elaborate and show me features on my new car. Thanks to the finance department who offered a lower interest rate than other financing companies. a sleezy dealership.

a sleezy dealership. Their low price listing is switch and bait. They charge outrageous doc fees and filing fees that does not make any sense. I wouldn't step into their dealership at all. Waste of time. There are some good and honest business out there they are not up to steal from you instead they are up to earn your business. think twice if you want to do a car shopping at this place

Jackie Waters and Alex Thompson are OUTSTANDING! They made the sale, the delivery, and the EXPERIENCE TRULY EXCEPTIONAL. I would like them to be considered for a higher position at BMW NA National; however, that would leave BMW of Columbus at a loss. They squeezed me in without an appointment when I had a nail in my tire. They replaced my tire and honored my tire coverage without any issues. It was a comfortable wait for an unexpected visit. Every employee I encountered was pleasant and professional.
