This was the best experience buying a car ever everything was great. We were treated like royalty by everyone and especially Connie. Quite an experience, I highly recommend them.

A dealership is all about its people.

A dealership is all about its people. And with folks like Jennifer Royce and Ruth Ham, you got a winner in Akron. This was a completely remote purchase, I had never done one, and it was a major purchase and a major decision. What made it easier is the immediate response and friendly nature of Joyce. She got back to me quickly, no matter how ridiculous my questions were. She provided me all the details, specs, price information, and other things I needed courteously and thoroughly. I would never have made this purchase with Akron Lexus (which is an hour and a half from where we live in Pittsburgh) if Joyce didn’t make me feel like I was in trusting hands. Then, when the time came to dot the i’s and spend the bucks, Ruth was also prompt and courteous and walked my wife through some complicated financial stuff such as wiring the money and taking care of all the taxes. I hope this review gets to the right people, the other survey I filled out was not as accurate. Did it too early in the morning! Thank you, I would do business with Akron Lexus again.

After 14 Hondas and an Acura, I decided to look around for my next vehicle. I walked into Lexus without much of an idea of what I wanted. Jennifer was patient in helping me explore. I didn't expect to buy a car that day, but I did. My Lexus experience thus far is nothing short of fantastic.

Josh Jancha, Nik Rair and the entire service team always

Josh Jancha, Nik Rair and the entire service team always do a terrific job servicing my Lexus RX450h. Kudos to the whole team at Lexus of Akron-Canton. Would not go ANYWHERE else to service my Lexus. Was a busy Saturday and came in without an appointment. Even so, my vehicle was serviced quickly and efficiently. Pro tip: Try the coffee, its is WAY better than Starbucks. Cheers!
