Ray took great care of me today.

Ray took great care of me today. Had to come in for a recall fix and it didn't take as long as they first thought. Was in and out in no time.

Ray Monk was my service rep and he was great!

Ray Monk was my service rep and he was great!!! I had a recall on my 2018 RAV4 and they got me in as quick as they had the parts in.

My service rep, Tim Fox, got me in and out in less than 1

My service rep, Tim Fox, got me in and out in less than 1 hour. The service was excellent! I was updated several times, all inspections were discussed thoroughly and at the end of service, Fox explained when and what my next service appointment will be! Great experience!!!

Every single time I have brought my truck to Toyota of

Every single time I have brought my truck to Toyota of Rock Hill just for an oil change it still takes them forever to get it done. This visit was my final straw! I booked the appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and told them I would be waiting for my truck. When I checked in with Ryan I told him again I would be waiting for my truck. My appointment was at 8:30 in the morning, and I didn?t leave till after 12:30. How does it take 4 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation!? It doesn?t? after an hour I talked to Ryan about looking at tires, after two hours I told him to forget about it I would take my truck elsewhere. He blamed it on a miscommunication, but as a service advisor how could you not even check on the vehicle after it?s been that long? I will be changing my own oil from now on, and any other repairs or services I?ll be having done elsewhere.

Regular maintenance.

Regular maintenance. I waited as my car was serviced. The lounge was comfortable. My advisor, Matthew was very courteous. My car was quickly serviced and I was on my way.
