Personnel are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I arrived for my scheduled appointment early but was quickly met and was out the door in less than an hour. Very expeditious service indeed.

My wife took our 4Runner in for an oil change.

My wife took our 4Runner in for an oil change. I was informed by the inspector that the brand new battery terminals need replacement from corrosion. I just installed them 5 days prior. I was informed I needed to do a battery check as an extra ($30) but the package we scheduled already had a battery check being done. The service guy Ray was rude about us not ordering tire from the dealership.

It is always a pleasant experience. Mr. Fox is always helpful, professional, and he does a great job. Today's mechanic/ Technician was very helpful, he explained what repairs needed to be done very well, and he was professional as well!
