Dec 4th ECPOS sold me a CNG concerted vehicle with a fuel leak. They told me to bring it back on a Monday, so they could fix it, and on Friday that said it was fixed and ready. The leak was not fixed, nothing done to it. 30 days later and no car, but car pymt coming up. They tried to get other financing w/out my permission when I already had approved financing which has affected my credit score negatively now. I would NEVER recommend buying a car here!

Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! I bought a vehicle from them and as I drove off the lot the passenger side mirror started shaking and fell off. I was also promised a spare tire and interior cleaning of the vehicle if I purchased the vehicle and none of these problems have been addressed. After driving the vehicle within the first week I noticed, there’s a broken motor mount or transmission mount bc it’s shakes when idling and when the ac is on, one of the door handles is torn and cutting my child’s hand, and the drivers side seat belt doesn’t retract correctly which is a safety concern. I contacted the dealership about these problems and was assured the parts were being ordered. It’s been 2 weeks, and still don’t have any of my issues resolved. I’ve gotten the run around from them and now they are telling me I cant return the vehicle. Terrible communication and customer service. Now they expect me to keep this lemon!!!
