Very Happy Customer!

Overall I had a great used car shopping experience. John Benner and Carlos Machado were great to work with. They were very friendly and courteous. John Benner was a great sales guy and he was very knowledgeable. I was very impressed, Carlos Macahdo made the financing section of the purchase non painful:) I would definitely recommend Bourne's auto center to my friend's and family. I will definitely come back in the future!

Amazing!

My old car would not have made it back home. New car was selected, bank found, registration initiated, new care filled and showered while we sat and had access to a refreshment bar. We even had help emptying the older car. All of this came with courtesy, smiles and complete explanations. We were able to drive home a pristine, warrantied 'new-to-me' car within a few hours. An amazing, unexpected experience.

AWESOME!!!!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had!!! the no hassle pricing is great, I liked knowing the bottom line price and not having to haggle. The selection here was superb as well, they had everything for every price range. They worked to have the car ready on my schedule. The finance dept was quick, (although I think they should meet with the customer prior to them coming in with a bank check, I already had the check written for the full amount and even though I wouldnt have gotten the extended warranty regardless ,it would have been great to know it before hand so i couldve included it in the final check instead of having to use another check or credit card but that is the only part that was a bit lax. ) The service dept was awesome, had to have a quick fix of a window and Mike took care of it right away instead of having to make another appt . The waiting areas in both the sales and service area are comfortable and offered drinks and snacks to the customers waiting which is great when you have a young kid with you! I will be recommending Bournes to all my friends looking for used vehicles. I absolutely will buy another car from them in the future...Thank you Dan, Carlos, and Mike for awesome service and an awesome experience.

I Sold My Honda to Bourne's Auto Center

This is a great dealership with wonderful, dependable personnel who care about their reputation. David Olson was incredibly efficient and friendly. This is a wonderful company with great employees. It was a pleasure doing business with them. They put the lie to the stereotype of used car salesmen!

Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had

I recently moved to MA, and the guys at Bourne's not only provided a super-friendly, low-pressure sales environment, but they really went far above and beyond helping me through the excruciating amount of MA bureaucracy. These guys are great. Please consider them for your next auto purchase!

Amazing Service, from an Amazing Team at Bourne's

Having gone through a very regimented series of test drives at different dealerships and having encountered various dealers, from Honda, to Audi, Bourne's Auto was the only dealership that had a friendly and no (not low..) pressure sales team. In addition (and having children) their lounge area had free snacks, bottled water and did not skimp on comfort. Andy Gesner (who heads up Finance) is the real deal and is in himself, a one man show who can run a dealer from top to bottom. He's a man of integrity, and keeps his word. Our Vehicle had some service which was needed, and we opted to drive it home in excitement. They offered and sent someone to deliver a courtesy for my wife while our car was having some finishing touches made. (A+++) Andy seemed to be running the show, the pulse of the operation stems from his office. I can only imagine the dealership has big plans in growth because it seemed that everyone got the same excellent treatment we did. Smiles everywhere! Thumbs up and my recommendation to Andy and the team at Bourne's

Professional, Trustworthy People make all the difference
