    We came to look at the car on Monday night and put a deposit on it to hold it until Wednesday. Mitch our salesman said he would be out of the office on... Tuesday, and would also be having the car detailed that day for pick up on Wednesday. An appointment was made to meet Mitch at the dealership at 11:15a on that Wednesday. We showed up on time, but Mitch however did not come until 12:10p. Also upon arrival to the dealership Patricia at the front desk made us feel as though we had inconvenienced her when asking about Mitch’s whereabouts, since we had made an appt with him. Once Mitch arrived we test drove the vehicle, and the vehicle itself is a wonderful car and I’m very happy with my purchase. However after the test drive we inspected the body that Mitch had promised us would be detailed and ready to go the day before. Sadly, there were still several areas that needed buffed; and smudges all over the car that we had to point out. From this point we went back inside and sat down waiting for the detail to be finished. We went unacknowledged by anyone at the dealership for an hour. Then Mitch had us come back outside a second time to point out what again we had already established needed buffed. Needless to say we spent over 4 hours at Toyota of Bedford trying to purchase this car. The finance gentleman, Mark Medina, did an excellent job with us. All of that paperwork went very smoothly and was an enjoyable process. However the events prior to that could and should be vastly improved for future customers.

    Had 2013 van recall. Matt Turkal in service was excellent. Kept me up to date on progress of repairs as the repairs were taking longer than expected. Thought... he was knowledgeable and did a great job of communicating with me as a customer. Give him a 5 out of 5

    The team is excellent. Worked with Mark on purchasing a pre-owned Mazda and the experience was impeccable. Priced on point, no unecessary sales theatrics,... paperwork was all handled and the car was ready to go in less than 30mins. I highly recommend Toyota of Bedford.

    Hey, y'all! I quite literally just purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry LE from here about 5 hours ago. It has 23,000 miles on it, warranty up to 100,000 miles,... gap coverage (in case the car gets totaled), also includes coverage for wheel/tyre replacements, so yey! I don't have to pay hundreds of dollars for that stuff! :D And given how much potholes and stuff in Ohio can mess up your wheels, that's pretty awesome. I'd like to take the time to thank Korey Whitlow (the young man who sold us the car). He was amazing and put up with my parents and I hemming and hawing over the price/financing for (seriously) like 3 hours. He was very patient with us and very accommodating. So if you're looking to get a new car, definitely go down there and ask for him. He's awesome. <3 I'm leaving him and the dealership positive reviews on ALL THE THINGS.

    We have leased a car thru Bedford Toyota for the past 6 years. Always aggressive on price, good CS, no games. Maybe something has changed in personnel?... We knew exactly what we wanted so no need to test drive. I was told to get exact numbers we need to bring our current lease down, to appraise for trade in equity. (I completely understand this) [our previous lease has $1500 in equity]. I drove 30 minutes and without even looking at our car was told most all highlanders now are negative equity and the lease numbers given over the phone are the best they can do. ( no one even looked at my car) I was upset I wasted 3 hours of my morning so talked to a manager and given same cold response. Not sure, when Bedford has all my info and knew miles and exactly what car I was driving I could not have been told this over the phone. Absolute waste of time!! Went to Nissan and leased a platinum pathfinder for same money down, $30 less per month than I was quoted for an XLE highlander with half the amount of options. Toyota is a great car, but this dealer is not.
