Everything was great

On Saturday 10/7/23 went to dealership because tire light

On Saturday 10/7/23 went to dealership because tire light was on. The tech said there was a tire leak in the right back tire “cause he could hear air coming out”. Offered no other assistance.I asked if it could be plugged. He said “I don’t know”. I’ve dealt with this dealership since 1995. I was very disappointed and for some reason I felt he was lying. Checked with Spears Tire service and was told there was nothing wrong with my tire. I asked if he would check the other tires, which he did. After putting air in the front driver’s side tire , which took less than 2 minutes the tire light went out. That tech represented the worst service I’ve ever received from this dealership. Just wanted the device manager to be aware of the service offered by their representatives.

Our purchase experience with Hazel was very enjoyable. My husband is one to test and question everything and she was able to answer all his queries. She did all she could to get us the best price on this new vehicle. And she has a great personality!

Look Elsewhere

Your salesman Joel Benetiz ifrom Toyota of Bedford is a dirtysalesman. I purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry and noticed the pain around the back window was showing a large area of primer. Joel told me to take a loaner home and the paint would be repaired like new. When the porter delivered my car the paint job was horrible. The primer is still viable only now there are paint runs and painted finger prints all over the back glass. Joel refused to answer my calls on the date of delivery knowing good and well that he did me dirty. Now I am stuck with this vehicle with a bad paint job and defective touch screen.

Honestly should give 0 stars!

Honestly should give 0 stars!! We drove 40 minutes to look at a car that we made appointment two hours before we were coming to see it. Got there, and Brandon's minion told us it was no longer available. Brandon, was "tied" up and couldn't talk to us. What waste of our time, energy, miles and gas for nothing. He could have had some human dececency and let us know it was not there!! Will not be using this car dealership, ever! This is why people hate car salesmen! Useless!

Bad place.

Bad . Techs on used car check must be 12 years old. Battery went dead. Wrong oil was put in. Factory spec. Was on the oil fill . I paid for battery.

Purchase Of My Corolla Cross

I worked with Hazel for several months. She was extremely knowledgeable while researching a new lease, keeping me informed on updates along with the actual purchase. I had a perfect experience with Hazel. We all dread the time consuming paperwork before leaving with our cars. I loved the process of signing on a very large mat on Destiny’s desk. She walked me through the process very quickly and she immediately printed my paperwork and I was out the door. Both women have a great personality and it was a pleasure to do business with them.
