Subarus are great cars and they have a great team selling them. Nate was awesome, explaining everything and getting us the car we wanted as soon as possible.

Todd Was very kind,knowledgeable and friendly person to do business with. I enjoyed the fact the he acknowledged my time I served the military. I would recommend any to let Todd help work out a deal.

Patrick Subaru took great care of me all thanks to Michelle. She made sure the sale went smoothly, going so far as to coming in on her day off to finalize the sale. Upon visiting we test drove three different vehicles and checked each one out thourely and she was patient with my tedious poking around the cars and my indesisive mindset. Hard not to feel welcomed with the dazzeling smile and charming personality. :-)

Chris is very knowledgeable about the Crosstrek and was able to answer all our questions and explained how to use all the options we wanted in our vehicle. He never tried to pressure us into buying the vehicle. He has a great sense of humor and was a pleasure to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend him any of our friends who are in the market for a new vehicle.

Patrick Subaru, in my experience, has been amazing. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them. I dealt with Al all three times - He's a xxxxxxpro. What I like the most is that he doesn't waste my time. We only wait for what we absolutely have to wait for. This means that you're in and out in about 2 hours tops. Can't recommend him enough.

I worked with several Employees here all with good experiences. Joe was pleasant & professional to work with. He helped assist me in my used car delivery experience. He was very punctual & ready to greet me when I arrived. Jeff Moberg (sales manager) & Louie Ferraro (service manager) also both helped in a friendly and kind manor to assist me with my needs. Jason Patrick (GM) worked with me diligently to ultimately resolve an unpredicted problem that came about. The dealership as a whole came through and resolved the issue. In the past, I have found the car buying/leasing process to be painful. The sales people try to talk you in to things you don't want or need, wasting a whole bunch of time that I just don't have. That was not the case with Frank and Subaru in general. I told him what I was looking for and he presented 2 options based on my requests. I picked the 2018 Crosstrek and absolutely love it. There was NO pressure from Frank, yet he was very easily accessible if I had a question. I went in on a Sunday at 3:50 pm (closing time is 4:00), signed the papers on Monday, and drove home with it on Tuesday. It was quick and painless and I couldn't be happier. This is my second Subaru and certainly not my last. I used to have a Honda but changed b/c I hated their dealership. This will not be the case at Patrick.
