"CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST"

I have purchased many vehicles and dealt with many salesman in the industry. Michelle Bourget was by far extraordinary with her customer service. She was patient, attentive to my needs and efficient. She took the extra time to text me daily, even on her days off to make sure that the process moved smoothly. She is knowledgeable about the Subaru product and always positive. Michelle is a huge asset to the Patrick team. I highly recommend working with her for your next Subaru purchase. Thank you, Michelle for a job well done!

Easiest Car Buying Experience, Ever!

Accommodating

Joe was friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant when discussing our interests and needs when purchasing our vehicle. Our questions were answered in a timely and detailed manner. My registration process was different requiring a trip to Boston which the dealership took care of.

Just bought my third Subaru

They don't let a tough case stand in your way

I was happy with how John Watt and his backroom people were able to handle the tricky registry magic needed to move my plate from my trade. The low numbered plate was in both my and my late wife's and my names. They had to jump through registry hoops to get the plate into my name alone so that it could be moved to the new car. It would have taken me many months if I had to do it all on my own.

Excellent Customer Care

I reached out to Patrick Subaru via their internet web site. I received a prompt response and set up a time to discuss my needs at the dealership with one of their sale reps. I met with Ash Shaker and we talked about what I was looking for. After took me out for a test drive in what he felt would meet my needs. He was right, it had exactly what I was looking for. Ash listened, and didn't take me for a ride in a car with all the bells and whistles, just a car with the functions I was looking for. Ash showed me how to work all the gadgets and thanked me numerous times for choosing the Patrick Subaru dealership. Ash also told me that I should expect the same experience with their service department. Before I left and was on my way Ash told me to expect a $75 credit towards my cars first scheduled service at 6,000 miles. I thought this was a nice gesture after all the sale was already complete. Overall Patick Subaru provide me with excellent customer care.

They treat ALL customers with dignity and respect!

3 boys, 3 Subaru. Chris treated our youngest teen first-time buyer no differently than he did mom. THAT is RESPECT. No hassle. Easy. Chris made sure we were not only satisfied but also comfortable with the decision we made. Great new driver car. Great service. Can't ask for more than that!

Stress free Sales

My wife and I have never gone to a more relaxed and stress free dealership. The sales rep, Nathan Goodro, was down to earth and extremely helpful in helping us decide by letting us try different cars but never pressuring us to purchase anything. Simply let us look within our price range and decide what works best for us. We're extremely happy with the approach, service, and most of all our purchase, 2014 Forester.

Great Salesman

My salesman, Frank Wilcox, gave me a complete rundown of the car that interested me, a 2018 50th Anniversary Legacy. He made an appointment for me to return with my wife. He was waiting for us when we arrived. He went over the details of the car with her. Once we were informed of all the amenities he took us both for a test drive that included a trip on an interstate so that I could get a feel for the device that keeps the car a certain distance from the car ahead at highway speed. Tom went out of his way to help us, including coming to my house to set up the garage door opener that didn't work for me after he set it up at the dealership. It turned out I was not using it the way he told me. It was the best car purchase I have ever experienced. I hate buying cars but Frank made pleasurable.
