everything was great until the deal was sealed. it took the following two weeks and multiple calls to get them to do as they promised regarding transferring my registration to the new vehicle. there were messages, call back requests, requests to speak to management, promises to email info "in 5 minutes" which never happened, various involved staff "not in the office." once all was accomplished, i felt like i worked for them instead of vice versa. on a positive note, i am very happy with my new vehicle!

After driving for almost to the location I walked in the showroom for the first time and mentioned that i was interested in trading my car for the Bentley 2014 announced on the add. The sales person said hello and gave the keys of the car that was extremely dirty outside and never offered to give a test drive. I felt a sense of no interest or motivated to do the business. I immediately drove away and proceed to another dealer since I felt that this agency did not care much about doing business. 3 days later I called the agency again and mentioned that I was still interested on purchasing the car and explained that I had another offer from another dealer but my interested was the model they had and I was about to make another visit this coming Monday. Unfortunately my schedule changed last minute and I could not make the 2 hours drive that day...but guess what!!? Instead of the sales person try to reach me and at least show interest on my visit.monce again show no interest and no desire.. bad experience and bad customer service...I always say don't judge the book by the cover...sad

No response to my emails. No return phone call. I tried to contact them about a specific vehicle 5-6 times over a 2-3 week period.

my experience is they dont have that car and they still leave it up there for BAIT AND SWITCH. illegal.

I recently bought a used car from Avon Auto Brokers in Brockton, MA and had the best experience thanks to Robert Resende! He was incredibly nice and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made sure the car was in top shape prior to the pickup. He fixed and replaced anything that the car needed without being asked. The vehicle was in mint condition inside and out. He even noticed a crack in the windshield that was not apparent and had it replaced. New tires, brakes, oil change... you name it he had it done! He made the experience of purchasing a used vehicle easy and painless! I would highly recommend Robert Resende to anyone looking to buy a car!

My salesman was Alex who couldn’t have been more accommodating. I wanted to look at three different cars and Alex made arrangements to do so even though I was a walk-in and he was busy with other customers. I had come a distance to look at these cars. If I had to come back, to test drive would have been difficult. I ended up buying one of the cars. Thanks Alex!
