Service was great. Very knowledgeable staff. Great selection of vehicles. Really just seemed like everyone there cared about the clientele.

I helped a friend out that bought a truck there June '23. Do to unfortunate circumstances she needed to sell the truck. They offered to buy it back 10k less than she paid for it. Saying it lost alot of value after 4,000 miles and 8 months! Them knowing she was on a time-frame to get rid of truck and payment they knew they could do this. She was told she'd be able to get back a check from the warranty company ($1700). They told her this first week in Feb, after multiple calls to dealership on status of check, no returned calls. After contacting warranty company, was told check was cut and mailed to dealership Feb 16th 2024. She went to dealership March 14th, and after waiting there for someone to help her they finally gave her the check. Almost a month they held on to HER money. They define shady as a car dealership. Oh and the truck they bought back, was marked up $6000! Buy anywhere but at Auto Haus!!

The whole team was very helpful and awesome to work with. This should have been the first stop to look for a vehicle. Great group of guys and easy to get along with !!!!

A good friend of mine from church recommended Auto Haus (he has been friends with the owner for years). I looked on line and had a particular car in mind, and Tyler pulled the car up and I test drove it. We liked it so Tyler started running the numbers and Joe chatted with us and Bradley’s dog entertained us while Tyler & Bradley worked up the deal. We were literally out of the parking lot with our new (to us) VW Jetta 2 hours after pulling in! Great personal service and I recommend Auto Haus highly! (Also, I’m still friends with the guy from church! 😏)
