A wonderful experience! I purchased a car from Auto Haus on Velp. I've been buying cars for 50+ years and this one rises to the top as the best buying experience I've ever had! Why? 1. The car was not over-hyped! Once home I discovered aspects of it that have exceeded my hopes! I am very, very happy with this vehicle! I love it! 2. There was no sales pressure! 3. The people I dealt with: Bradley and Tyler mostly, were extremely friendly, helpful and professional! I highly recommend Auto Haus!

The Trade process went very smoothly. The staff was friendly. However, the front two tires of the vehicle I purchased were just about ready to blow. They had visible cracks in the sidewall and upon speaking with the Sales Staff they would not replace the tires as the purchase/ trade was on an as is basis. They did however say that they would sell me two tires at a wholesale cost. Upon notification that the new tires were in I was then informed that they would not swap out the bad tires for the new tires. I had to go to another business and pay to have the new tires installed and pay for the disposal of the old cracked tires. It was at that point when I realized that the tires that had been purchased which were supposed to be the same size as the existing tires were in fact not the same size. Leading me to have to have all four tires replaced. In review, the sales staff is amazing, the sale process went smoothly, it was the follow through that was lacking. I would recommend Auto Haus to anyone, however, make sure you look things over before you finish the deal.

I could go on about how Brad built Auto Haus from the ground up going back to when he had a small garage, a skeleton crew, and a desire to work on cars but it's been far more than that. Brad Cares about his customers, he has Always cared about his customers. I'm proud to say that 3 generations of my family has learned to just call Brad.

We can tell that all members of the Auto Haus team are passionate about customer service. Enjoyed meeting Winston so much that he is in our photo.
