Estoy muy molesto con ese dilerp

Mi gente les quiero compartir esto conpre un carro en Arlington motor de falls church rresulta de de que cuando lo conpre tenia un golpe en el bomper una luz trasera mojada y una luz delantera mojada de atras y cuando isimos el comtrato de firmar ellos me prometierom arreglarla cual no lo isieron asi esque fijense biem antes de comprar por que ellos cuando lla vendieron no les inporta el cliente ai no mas un cosejo

Persistant

I contacted this dealer a while back about the price on a used car. Its been a few months and I receive an unsolicited text message, out of the blue, from this dealership asking if I still wanted a used car from them. I responded that I did not want a car, and to please leave me alone. I received a call just now asking again, If I wanted to buy a car. I was polite, Told them that I had already bought a car. Not a big fan of these type of sales tactics.

Terrible service

TERRIBLE customer service. I called for service on my 2019 Honda Odyssey Touring Van with less than 600 miles and since I didn’t buy it from them they wouldn’t help me. They said I HAD TO contact the selling dealer in Fayetteville, NC, then hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager and he hung up on me too. Mind you, I’m a legally blind client that explained the print on the owner’s manual was too small for me to read. Avoid this place.

Happy Customer

Great customer service given by Sales Rep Marbin and Finance Department Alex I recommend them both if you ever need assistance with picking a great car that fits your needs and likes. I would definitely recommend them, to friends and family. When you go ask for Marbin sale Rep and Alex is the Financer both great people person. Thank you both at Arlington Motors.

2007 Jag S-Type

My experience with Arlington Motors was the worst I have ever suffered through. I was very impressed with the description and photos posted on cars.com. I made the trip from North Carolina to the Dealership. Upon inspection the vehicle did not have back up camera as advertised. The price was not what We agreed to. Finally they agreed to the negotiated price.. They then informed me that if they dropped the price they would have add an administrative fee which roughly equaled the amount that they had reduced the price. I was so upset that I left without getting my deposit. I called the next day about my deposit. I have not heard anything from them.

Was helped with. Questions were answered regarding what would qualify me for vehicle. Very friendly environment and first class response right away when I asked for help. David was really great in helping me out. Great place to look around. Will definitely come again.

david showed me the chevy equinox
