Wait time was great 30 minutes

All employees are wonderful in service dept Tony helped me that day and he was great.All the employees are great at the service desk I have worked with multiple employee over the years and was always treated very very well they made me feel like family,

Return service

When we purchased our 2017 Highlander, we had a good experience with the sales department; however warranty repair is a far different story! This is the second time I had to return for the same issue. Both times I felt as though the priority of the service department was to make sure that I knew that this may be my problem and may not be covered by warranty. Of course it was a Toyota issue and a part had to be ordered. I now live in fear that this same issue could occur again and I would again have to encounter the service person! Never had any issues when I drove Hondas for many years!

The service member came up and already had notes prepared that he knew who I was and what I was there for. Let’s the keys and the service was done on time. Efficient use of data to enhance customer experience.

Very professional, thorough and quick!

Tony Routt ALWAYS been professional, courteous and I trust him with my vehicles. Having trust to me is the most important aspect of having your vehicles serviced. I would also like to call out Tara Farmer as with 3 vehicles, both have handled the servicing of my vehicles. They are both like family to me. I always have a great time when I bring my vehicles in because I know I will have an opportunity to see both Tara & Tony. They are super people and like I said, they are like family to me. I don't have a worry in the world because I know they will ALWAYS recommend what is best for my vehicles.

Relaxed

Good to work with online to learn get pricing and additional vehicle options (running boards installed). Did not feel pressured to purchase. Nice people to work with.

Underwhelming

The last 2 times I’ve been in for service, I have been offered a car wash by the service advisor. Both times I answered yes please. Both times the car hasn’t been washed. I’m not sure where the disconnect is but it doesn’t instill confidence that my car is getting the service I’ve come in for if I can’t even get the car wash I’ve been promised.
