Just an oil change, but the staff were friendly and the service was done in a reasonable time while I waited. Dan Kelley made me feel that my business was appreciated.

Service good job, sales good job,but the finance department needs work. Had my name wrong on the title. Took 3 mouths and multiple phone calls and visits to fix issues.

I came in for in oil change. I was told that this time I did not need an oil change however my tire pressure was low. The tech then offered to fill my tires and reset the warning light At no cost. I am very pleased by this service I have received at Byers and will continue to return there.

Purchasing my Highlander was painless. No high pressure sales. My only negative was the finance dept was backed up and it seemed to take an inordinate amount of time to finalize the purchase.

I looked online and saw the particular car that I liked -Toyota Camry SE. I called Byers and talked with salesperson Colleen. I told her that I would be out to see the car later the same day. When I got there, about an hour later, she had the car ready for me to see and drive. She answered all my questions about the car and presented some options for financing. All together it was a good car buying experience.

Buying cars, as we all know it can be very stressful and yet it was done professionally and I truly felt like I got a great deal and there was no BS. I would totally recommend buyers.

Oil change and A/C was not serviced the week prior when I had it in for brake drain and filter change, I specially ask them to do it since I don’t have time to make several trips

The service guy explained everything thoroughly and even charged less than originally stated . He also forewarned me of what will need done at my next oil change, including the costs.
