Byers Volvo Cars

After previously going to this dealer to just look at Volvos (I was helped by Chris Green), I returned a few weeks later to test drive different models of interest to me (I was helped by Fredy Mendoza). They were very accommodating to let me drive the different models I was interested in and overall pleasant to work with. I ended up buying a certified, pre-owned sedan. The dealer was great to work with during the buying process, and I hope that future dealings with them for service and the like will be the same. It was the most painless car-buying experience I've ever had. They do not try to oversell you on a bunch of stuff you don't need or want, which was a huge bonus.

Awesome experience. Mr. Marcum was very thoughtful, even after the sale, ensuring that keys were made to the roof racks and providing assistance with the mirror programming. Best salesman I've ever dealt with. Also, Mr. Geeding was also great. He made sure I got the best rate and prices.

Dante Sino was our salesman. He was great! It was quite a drive for us, almost 2 hours away, and Dante went above and beyond by doing a FaceTime with us to show us the vehicle we were interested in. He was very patient. Highly recommend Dante! Financing took over two hours to get to us and we were already approved, we just needed to sign the paperwork, however; it was on a Sunday and I believe he was the only finance guy there. Everyone was very welcoming and I would purchase from Byers again.
