My father and I shopped around online a lot looking for a newer car for me and came across a Toyota Corolla we loved at Buyers Volvo. We traveled two hours... to test drive the car. Thomas Ford came in on his day off so we could test drive the car and we instantly loved it. Came here to see a used 2016 V60 Volvo Wagon. This was our first time at the dealership and have never owned a Volvo. I was pleasantly surprised at the... professionalism and atmosphere here. Just bought a slightly used vehicle from Byers. Thomas Ford was a very personable salesman who reminds you of a favorite relative. I honestly hate the... process of buying a new car butttttt....this purchase was a great price from the get go and Mr Ford was very attentive listening to my needs and treated my family well and made the process simple. I had very different experiences at other car dealers in Columbus where employees acted like there was no negotiating on things I did/did not want and made misleading statements about extra fees and costs. Mr Ford was very straightforward and all information and costs he quoted were spot on correct.

My husband and I went in to view a Toyota Avalon and met a very nice salesman, Thomas Ford, He wasn’t a “typical” salesman that you usually... run from. He seemed very honest and had a great personality and wasn’t pushy at all. He was very enjoyable to work with. The whole dept was friendly but our salesman Thomas Ford put the icing on the cake. 17 Years of Brand and Dealership Loyaly The sales team and service department at Byers Volvo were aware that I was interested in moving into an S90 after... completion of the lease on my S60. They contacted me 6 months before my lease would end. My lease was terminated early. Brand and dealership loyalty, allowed me to lease a new S90. Every person at this dealership is truly amazing and wonderful to work with!

Came here to buy a used car (2016 Corolla). Found a great deal online and was met by Thomas Ford upon coming here. He was friendly, personable, and made... me feel so comfortable during the whole process from test drive to driving off the lot. His attention to detail and going above and beyond for me made me feel important and valued. He even taught me what to listen for when test driving cars and he really wanted to do anything possible to make it a wonderful buying experience. However, the finance manager we met with (I believe his name was Dave?) did not provide the same experience. I understand we ended up making him stay past the hours of operation (although Tom didn’t seem to mind much) but his interaction with us was less than ideal. He seemed irritated at us once we declined to buy insurance saying “well, you were the ones discussing it so...” because before he approached us, Tom was discussing some of their warranties to us. He seemed to get annoyed with us easily, even when we were asking clarifying questions. But I do want to note he was the only employee we had a bad experience with. Everyone else we talked to or passed by us was more than pleasant and they engaged in conversation with us and really made us feel valued and comfortable there so I want to thank them for that.

I bought a used care from them. First of all they had the best pricing in the area for the same make, model, mileage and condition of the car I bought.... Second, they were up front with pricing break downs, warranty information and even shared the profit margin for the vehicle I bought. Now I’m not much of a numbers person but it appeared that they ended up taking a loss on the vehicle by selling it to me. Third, they were honest about my trade in price and gave me a reasonable offer on the vehicle despite its condition. Finally the process was fast and easy and I felt comfortable the whole way through it. It was not like other dealerships I have dealt with where you feel like your getting a bad deal or don’t feel comfortable with the sale. Any question I had was answered with a well informed, friendly and professional answer. While I don’t ever see myself buying a Volvo in the future, if this dealership respresents the whole Byer’s family of dealerships, then Byer’s has a customer for life. I hope this review helps others looking for a new or used car in the future.

Recall situation on wheel damaged by pot holes. Mechanic test drove to see what I was referring to after I explained to service manager my problem. ... I was worked into their schedule and my tires were inspected and wheels balanced again, all at no charge.

Terrible! Typical car dealership nightmare! We bought our vehicle and it was preinstalled with a DVD player and 4 headsets. While we were signing paperwork,... I asked the salesman if he had a DVD to test the player with. He left and found one, went out and tested it, came back and said everything worked great. My mistake was taking his word for it. The next day we head out on a weekend trip and there is no volume and 1of the headrests isn't working at all. We call them immediately! We were told it was no problem to contact them first thing Monday when we got back and someone would look at it. Contacted them Monday and was basically told no one was going to look at it and it was our problem to deal with. I emailed the GM about the issue twice and NEVER got a response. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE! TRUST ME AND DO YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Byers Volvo contacted the customer and fixed the problem at no cost to the consumer. The customer was asked to update the review.
