This dealership did what Boniface Chevy in Brevard County could not, open schedule for problems. Seriously, who can wait upwards of two months for car repairs?

Llegue a este lugar porque me sentía más segura comprando

Llegue a este lugar porque me sentía más segura comprando un vehiculo en una entidad seria, honesta y responsable. Cuando llegue a cotizar la asesora fue bastante cordial y me dijo que cuando se adquiría un carro con ustedes era un carro que había sido inspeccionado y me aseguraban que el vehículo había pasado por servicio técnico “alistamiento” y eso me daba mucha tranquilidad. Mi intereses era buscar un vehículo económico pero gracias a la buena atención de la asesora me convenció de comprar un vehículo más nuevo con poca millas y el que a mi me gustaba. Se consiguió el vehículo y lo recibí en horas de la noche cuando no se lograba detallar sin embargo la asesora me informo que estaba en óptimas condiciones y creo que se trata de una relación de confianza donde yo soy trasparente con el concesionario y ustedes cuenta con personal calificado para lo mismo. Ese mismo día observé que el carro tenía un golpe en el bumper trasero y ella se comprometió que eso me lo arreglaban, que el lunes ella hablaría con su manager y que eso salía el mismo día y de nuevo confío en la honestidad de las personas . Al día siguiente observé que el carro tenía varios detalles entre ellos no tiene un caucho en el techo, tiene rotos unos cauchos que van cerca a las plumillas y al lado de la palanca de cambios le hace falta la cubierta del liberador manual del bloqueo de cambios, le escribí a la asesora donde le comentaba esto pero me contesto al día siguiente donde me decía que disculpa la demora en responder le escribí lo que mencioné anteriormente y no obtuve respuesta. Mi esposo tuvo que ir de nuevo al concesionario hablo con la asesora y le dijo que lo llamaría para informarle cuando podía traer el carro lo cual nunca pasó. De nuevo me presento al concesionario y le dije que quería hablar con el manager el cual no fue posible pero la respuesta fue que me iban arreglar el golpe pero lo otro no porque era un carro de segunda. Estoy deacuerdo que es un carro de segunda pero eso no fue lo que me informaron cuando iba a comprar el carro siempre se habló que este lugar garantizaba que el carro salía en buenas condiciones. La asesora logró que su manager me arreglara el golpe y me dieron una cita para el lunes 03 de julio a las 9:00 am cambie mi turno de trabajo porque considero que esto es importante pero cuando llegue la asesora no estaba y nadie podía atenderme . De nuevo me dieron cita para otro día ya que era el día la independencia y debían pedir el bumper y me dieron de nuevo cita para el lunes 10 de julio y que los empaques de caucho del techo que NO tenía el carro me lo iba a comprar la asesora porque su jefe no lo autorizó. El día lunes me recibió el carro el señor Fernando Barbosa porque la asesora no había llegado, le entregue las llaves y le pedí el favor que revisaran el carro porque no tenía agua en las plumillas y le solicité que revisaran la batería y el muy cordial me informo que se lo mencionaría a la persona indicada . El día viernes me informaron que podía pasar por el vehículo y solo hasta el domingo lo pude hacer ya que estaba laborando. El día domingo 16 de julio pase por mi vehículo y lo encontré arreglado con manchas de pintura en la llanada trasera y la llanta delantera con una pelota enorme que pensé que estaba desinflada pero en realidad era un golpe que hizo que sacara una pelota. La asesora la vio y dijo ya vengo ya con una actitud bastante cortante finalmente me cambiaron la llanta por otra pero no le colocaron el caucho que la asesora se comprometió en arreglarlo, como tampoco revisaron la batería. El día 19 de julio el carro no volvió a prender sólo hasta hoy 27 de julio logre llamar a un mecánico y me dijo que era batería. Es increíble que ustedes siendo un concesionario tan reconocido y con tantas promesas que hacen cuando uno compra un vehículo sea una mentira de empresa, que mal que jueguen con la necesidad de la gente por obtener una comisión pasando por encima de una necesidad.
