Jhonatan Almazan sales rep. was friendly helpful and professional. he answered all my questions and after the purchased he provided links for instructional videos on how to set up the car. Omar Alamir in finance, was friendly helpful and professional. when we went through the contract he explain, every step and every page.

Just a very efficient experience, no hassle, I'm and out

Just a very efficient experience, no hassle, I'm and out in 2hrs. I highly recommend this dealership. Josh Johnson was my salesman and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about a car that was not a Honda.

I was really happy with Honda Costa Mesa until this

I was really happy with Honda Costa Mesa until this morning. I have a Honda Pilot 2018 and a Honda Civic Sport, also 2018. I have been trying to get my Fuel Pump Recall taken care of for going on a couple of years now. The answer is always, it's on back order, it's on back order. I asked the young voice man in service this AM why it was taking so long and he said, "thank you for being a valued customer" and proceeded to hang up. I called and left a message for the service manager, sent an email and here I am in limbo. Last year one of my kids bought a Toyota Tacoma and every time we go in for service (three times already), we get red carpet treatment. Honda Costa Mesa needs to borrow that model of business etiquette. So much for considering trading in for the new CRV that I was already eyeing. My rating is neutral on the stars, because in their defense, they have normally been okay. For today and the delay in the Fuel Pump recall, they would get zero stars but I also want to be as fair as possible. I would reconsider using this dealership and will be continuing to contact up the chain if need be, to include the Honda Corporation.

I left a couple of messages a couple days ago where I asked them to have to the Service Manager call me regarding this matter. Today is February 1, 2025. I have yet to hear from him/her. I have spoken with David in new car sales and conveyed a message for AJ Ortiz. I will await the response.

Today is February 5, 2025 and I have yet to hear from the dealership. Honda could do better. I highly recommend Toyota of Tustin. They are the epitome of customer service. I have left messages for the Service manager as well as the General Manager AJ Ortiz and to date, no response. Honda has failed in their recall service. Some time ago they scheduled two of my Hondas and even promised some sort of gift cards. We made work schedule changes to show up for our appointments. No appointment due to back orders, they probably kept their gift cards. Our cars continue to be in Lemon states for said recall on "back order" indefinitely. I want a footprint via this medium. AJ, do you care about your dealership?

Everything was great, the only thing is the finance

Everything was great, the only thing is the finance manager wasn?t very friendly. He told me I didn?t know anything about cars. His tone of voice was not ok for him to talk to a customer like that. He got mad I told him I didn?t want any service products and he wanted to sell me products. He told me my Honda had no warranty?s and the general manager came over and said yes it does have the Honda warranty still. General manager was great and helpful along with sales rep that assisted me.
