We worked with David Gozzo and got a good deal on a Honda Civic SI. The whole purchasing process was fast and we got exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend this dealership over the others in the area.

MICHAEL IS AMAZING!

MICHAEL IS AMAZING! HE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HONEST. HE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE I WAS INFORMED THE WHOLE TIME MY CAR WAS IN THE SHOP. VERY QUICKLY AND EFFICENT!

I placed an order on Dreamshop to pick up at Autonation

I placed an order on Dreamshop to pick up at Autonation Costa Mesa. The representative was kind of rude and ignorant serving me. She could not find the order and was kind of mad. Later I told her the order was ready yesterday afternoon according to the email and she found the order on the counter. Also, the parts were wrong and I went back. She said the parts supersede the parts I purchased originally. However, I found the parts had the wrong part numbers and they were for the civics. She was kind of mad again and went back to get the right parts, and threw them on the counter and walked away. Terrible experience.

Professional, kind with a great deal on the car. They respected my time and moved us quickly through the process from top to bottom. I would highly recommend Hamed and the entire team at Honda Auto Nation in Costa Mesa.

***** Full of Lies and Deception.

***** Full of Lies and Deception. Bought a used car from them in April only to have the check engine light on the next morning. Cars windshield washer was not functioning. One key fob wasn't functional and no emergency key. Had to replace radiator fan for $400. Substandard brakes replaced $200. PHEV sold with bad non working charger. Contacted Manager who said he was unable to help!! Car Sold as is. Buyer Beware this is a Scam Dealership.! History even shows it was at their Ford dealership just prior to the sale!! Jack, Chris, David, and the General Manager Edward Dooner. These crooks would sell their mother for a penny!! I am stuck with a car that requires a lot of money in repairs and they knew it. They lied and said it was just a bad fuse. They didn't let me hold the keys. ***** I Never Could Believe Autonation had this Bad of a reputation*** Autonation Doesn't Care About Their Customers Just Your Money!! Should have just gone to buy a car at Rent a Wreck.!!

Michael Guirguls is an excellent Service Advisor. Polite, knowledgeable and patiently explained the service process to include costs, timing and future service expectations. I elected to wait and the customer lounge was quite spacious and comfortable.
