I purchased the vehicle that I had serviced at the same

I purchased the vehicle that I had serviced at the same location. Usually the service is great. I have a problem with my last 2 service experiences. 6 months ago I had a tire rotation and there were gashes in 2 of my tires and the tire pressure light stayed illuminated and it was mentioned by me. All 4 tires should have been rotated, however 2 new tires were not a part of the suggested service nor was a reason given for the tire pressure light remaining lit. Most recently, I took my vehicle in for service and 2 new tires were suggested and purchased in addition to an alignment. The new tires wew placed on the same side instead of both new tires being placed on the front or the back. Also, my tires were quite new and had been purchased approximately 1 yr. prior and not very worn at all. As I originally stated, I am usually very pleased with the service on our vehicles, but I am not too happy with these last 2 visits.

The waiting area was nice along with the employees.

The waiting area was nice along with the employees. Our issue was the fact that it took 2 1/2 hours to get a new battery when we were originally told 1 1/2 hours and even that I thought was long. We understand they were busy but 2 1/2 hours for a battery was still a bit extreme.

I was really happy with the experience until I started my

I was really happy with the experience until I started my car the next morning and my tire pressure light indicated low pressure in my back passenger side tire. It had been alerting to the front passenger side tire, which I discussed with an employee when I got there. She assured me my tire pressure would be checked and adjusted after the rotation. I’m glad to know the tires were in fact rotated. But they were not filled. It leaves me wondering what else was supposed to be done and wasn’t. This is the fourth car I’ve purchased at AutoNation. And my first lease. My trust is wavering. I don’t need a cafe. I need reliable car service. I will shop around next time.

I came on Saturday morning and was told to spend around

I came on Saturday morning and was told to spend around three hours for 30000 miles car service. During my waiting time I was provide with free breakfast, nice. Service Advisor David Rodriguez was professional and pleasant. He offered to additional service work which I declined and he will agree with me.
