Buying a new car is an absolute nightmare.

Buying a new car is an absolute nightmare. At least that's what I thought until I walked into the AutoNation at Winter Park had a coffee. A bacon quiche and bought a 2025 Prius at a very competitive deal that I shot. The moldable dealerships process was seamless from the sales manager to the first sales rep that I work with. I would highly recommend the entire team you don't already have a relationship here. When you walk in I would highly recommend asking for Ricardo

I had an outstanding experience with Ricardo Montero at AutoNation Toyota of Winter Park. He is truly a gem—down-to-earth, a great listener, and someone with genuine people skills. Ricardo took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and helped me get the car I had my heart set on, even though it had to be custom-built and delivered. He kept me informed throughout the process and made the entire experience pleasant and professional. After a terrible experience at Seminole Toyota, Ricardo made me like Toyota again—he truly restored my trust in the brand. Sal, the financial advisor, was also fantastic. He wasn’t pushy at all and never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. He was kind, patient, and made the final steps of the purchase smooth and stress-free. No wonder people are willing to drive here. This team goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I was charged for services that were not performed.

I was charged for services that were not performed. I asked to speak to a manager but was told that they just stepped into a meeting and that they had no idea how long it would take. Was ultimately refunded but the perception was that this isn't the first time this has happened, just the first time with this technician. Lost all confidence in the service department.

Hi, I called and left a voicemail for the GM on 6/23/25 but have yet to hear back. It doesn't appear that you are taking my poor experience or review very seriously.

I set up and appointment to see a specific car.

I set up and appointment to see a specific car. After arriving at the dealership and waiting 15 minutes, I was told that the car I came to see was sold the day before, however they had a different one they could sell me (not even close to the one I wanted). How rude and disrespectful of my time. They are either extremely disorganized or it was a bait and switch. Either way frustrating after I confirmed the car was there and drove an hour to see it. Prior to this I got multiple calls from different people asking me to make an appointment even though I already made one. Nobody seems to know what anyone else is doing. The place was a zoo with tons of people waiting at tables for service. Not the ideal car buying experience in my opinion.
