AMAZING!

Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service. Called from Jacksonville and booked an appointment. Told them I was driving and would be there. Texted midway and confirmed. They sold the Jeep I was coming to see. There answer “ sorry we don’t hold cars”. I guess they got paid so easy do they care.

I’m truly astonished by the way we’re treated over at Kia

I’m truly astonished by the way we’re treated over at Kia West. We were prepared and totally ready to buy a car that we’ve had our eye on for some time. We called and spoke with someone who told us the car we were interested in was available and they would work on the price so we drove 45 minutes to go BUY the car. Upon walking in, we were greeted by Yuri then went over to Diego the salesman. Diego did not seem like he wanted a sale from the second we walked in however we still sat with him. When we discussed numbers he was being extremely rude and even spoke poorly about the location we were in. He was not looking to cut a deal nor talk numbers and when we asked him if we could speak with his manager he responded no and showed us out. NEVER have I experienced something like this at any dealership and I would never recommend someone to come here.

I want MONEY.

Money now please. I'm giving this a one star for the reason being, Farid is a horrible finance manager, first I'm told I can't use my own finance bank, then I'm told if I use my own bank there going to increase the price of the vehicle, then he tells me there's no recall on my vehicle, come to find out, there is a recall on this vehicle, thank you for being more about selling a car and putting money first. PLEASE 🙏 avoid this place, especially Farid the finance manager. Also, do research on the vehicle, WHY, they jacked up the price to $30,000 on a vehicle that's worth $24,000. The vehicle had a $24,499 price tag, we go the following week, price tag says $30,000, WHAT!!!! Inflation is 3.5%, I'm no dummy, how does that add up = I want your money.

New Kia Clients

Before you make your decision, like I would have just by reading the reviews, keep in mind that there are all sorts of reasons why people are disgruntled/disappointed in their experience. There were a lot of new faces not listed on the website yet in this dealership. It seems they are turning a new leaf. I listed below whom I worked with to maybe help with your experience. -We worked with the Sales Manager, Javier Rodriguez, two sales consultants that were wonderful although I did not get their names, and the Finance manager, Yakir Rukman, who stayed until 10pm getting our paperwork done.- My wife went in for a trade on her Chevrolet Tahoe. I had previous spoke on the phone with Athena to set up the appointment. She called me with a deal that we could not pass up on a 2022 Kia K5. I drove to the dealership to bring her the second key and title for the Tahoe and ended up trading my 2022 Chevrolet Traverse RS and leaving in a 2022 Kia Sorento SX. The staff worked hard to make sure both of us were happy and were very down to earth. They did not make us feel pressured to purchase anything, but were very informative and helpful. They worked with us until 10pm even though the Dealership closed at 9pm. We had previously went to Kia North in Longwood and had a manager conduct an appraisal on my 2022 Chevrolet Traverse RS. The appraisal value was not provided to us upon leaving nor was the sales associate (whom walked the lot with us and did multiple test drives on potential new vehicles) & manager (whom conducted the appraisal) able to tell me what the appraised value was over phone, email, or text for two days even when contacted several times in reference to this. Comparing the two dealerships, which are owned by the same person, I would highly recommend going to the Kia West location if you are serious about purchasing a new vehicle. In my opinion the lot may not be in as nice of a location as Kia North, but the people at Kia West take care of you and are honest without giving you the run around.

My daughter purchased a used vehicle from Greenway Kia

My daughter purchased a used vehicle from Greenway Kia West Orlando in May of this year. The vehicle was not even due for an oil change and broke down in Sept. She called several times as I did. The customer service was less than par and rude at times. They never got me to a supervisor even though I had requested it several times. They also have a good amount of complaints on the Better Business Burial. I am also making a complaint as the vehicle broke down within 4 months. It seems like they sell used cars as lemons and don't care who it effects. This is the worst car experience anyone can have!!!! And there should be an option for a 0 star rating. Also I don't need any response from the dealership on this rating, I will wait on the BBB complaint response. I also advise anyone having a terrible experience to go to Better Business Burial and also place a complaint. This scam should not keep going on. The Owner should be ashamed!!!

Buyer Beware! It is a scam!!

Buyer Beware! This is the most dishonest, scamming abusive dealership! Do not fall for the sticker prices! They add fees of 25% to the sticker price, will lie about the car’s availability and be abusive to you once they get you in the chair. Horrible place.

Absolute liars and total scam.

Absolute liars and total scam. Buyer beware. Read the Facebook reviews. Do not trust the listing. The cars listed are not there. The dealer fees increase cost by over 25%. Run!

WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND GREENWAY KIA WEST!!! If I had my way, I wouldn’t even give Greenway Kia West or Robert Powers IV any stars, not even one!! They don’t deserve it!! Robert Powers IV tried to steal our $2k deposit after our deal fell through because he lied about the numbers. He said one thing and then tried to change the deal on us several times. We ended up going to another Kia lot and got a Telluride there, so when Robert found out he became very rude with us. Claimed we wasted 3hrs of his time (which is his job anyways) and continued to give us the run around. Robert said our check would be ready on a certain day and made us drive 4 hours from Tallahassee just to claim he never said our check was going to be here (even though we have screenshots of him saying it would be) then he proceeded to yell and argue with us in front of all the customers. He said because we gave our business to someone else they weren’t willing to work with us. He literally started to play petty games with us and act extremely childish. His manager Mac Cumbur sat there and allowed him to yell and argue with us. Even banged on the wall and desk showing anger towards us because we simply wanted our refund back, since we did not make any deals or get any vehicle. Robert Powers and Mac Cumbur continued to lie to us and say they were processing our refund when they never did. We had to go to the higher ups to get our money back. I WOULD NEVER give Greenway Kia West my business. Be CAREFUL they will scam you and try to steal your money! They will lie about numbers and deals and treat you very rude if you choose not to purchase a car from them.
