Family owned and operated Diamond Honda has been selling and servicing Hondas since 1992. We have relocated from Diamond Bar after 16+ years to a state of the art facility in the City of Industry. With over 58000 sq. ft 35 service bays and a large parts department we are able to provide the best possible service to our customers. Sneaky service tactics, Shady practices

I brought my girlfriends car for routine maintenance. Service person C.C. is polite but did not inform me of additional services that were added. I then reviewed my girlfriends previous invoices at this dealership. Associate T.L. had successfully pressured her ( multiple times) into purchasing unnecessary add on services. So much so that her 10k AND 20k scheduled maintenance at this place had so many unnecessary add ons that it cost her over $700. The services department here is dishonest and deceitful with their practices. I would not trust sending any family member who is unfamiliar with car maintenance ( read, grandparents or gullible family/friends). I will not be returning here again. I do not advise getting your car serviced here unless you are comfortable being firm and smart with the exact service you need for your car.

Bad financial dept

I bought a car there but the car was delivered with some mistakes. It took me at least a week to get it resolved after i file complaints. Ruben was not the original sales but he was helping me and guide me throughout the service for corrections. NEVER DEAL with finance guy name Dennis, the $$ sucker and like to pressure into buying all unnecessary packages without much explanations. I was going in with happy face and left with mad feeling! To purchase cars at this location, i recommend Ruben Ortega at least he is honest, helpful and friendly sale person.

They Suck your blood

If you want to lease or own a vehicle, do not choose this dealer,not only because they won't give you any discount, but also they will even rise up the price than the original, and fool you with all kinds of dirty ways and cheating talks. Highly not recommend

Worst customer service EVER

If you ever think to buy a new car from this specific dealership, be prepared to buy a high price vehicle with the cheapest parts. For example, I bought a brand new 2018 Honda Civic EX hatchback, and after 14,000 miles only the battery just died. Today, I had to leave my $28000 car in the driveway and take an Uber(Chevrolet Cruze with more than 100,000 miles never had problem with the battery) to go to work without even taking a shower. I called this dealership for help expecting them to respect and help their customers as they claim, but they were not helpful at all , and they told me to do all the work that needs to be done in order for me to drive my extremely overpriced car with cheap defected part that can be dangerous such as the battery. Matt Martinez the service manager was acting as it is something normal and discussed my situation with unprofessional manner and in a sarcastic way telling me that :''Yeah, the battery life for a brand new Civic could be a year." I asked every technician I know if this was true, and non of them agreed. Thank you for your inconvenient car and service, whether if it is Honda in general or this dealership, you are damaging your reputation just to make some extra dollars in profit. WHAT A SHAME !

They damaged my new car...

Not only did it take multiple days longer than promised to install the accessories I bought with my brand new car, they ended up damaging the front and back bumpers of my car and now I have to deal with body shop repairs and repainting a car with less than 500 miles on it. How sad is that? They offered to send it to their preferred body shop, but if their quality is anything like Diamond Honda's, then that scares me even more. Instead I will have to go through my insurance company to get it fixed at a body shop that I'm comfortable with. They also took the time to slap on a little mis-matched dark paint that didn't even match my car color to cover up the damage! Really unbelievable and a really disappointing way to start off with my new car.

Worst dealer ever

I really regret purchasing my 2017 honda accord V6 Touring here by far the worst customer service ever its okay i will take my business else where i will never be coming back because of some stupid bitter service advisor that dosent like his job named Alan Chan. Very bad service and irresponsible attituda

I have been suffering a very bad experience / a very bad service from Diamond Honda. I bought a certified pre-owned Honda CRV together with 100,000 miles warranty from Diamond Honda sales manager Allan Ho on June 13, 2018, the car had a very big noise coming out from the rear tire on the 2nd day and I sent the car to the local Honda dealer on the 3rd day, local Honda service engineer said that the bend rotor of the tire frame resulted a very big noise and it must be replaced. I have called to Allan Ho for many times and asked him help to resolve this issue, but only answer I got from him was that "I can't do nothing on it", and ask me to deal with local Honda dealer by myself. According to Allan Ho, he has already worked for Diamond Honda for more than 20 years, How come a service manager has been trained by Diamond Honda for more than 20 years can show such kind of a very bad service attitude? How come a certified CRV certified by Diamond Honda engineer can present such a big problem for after using two days later? How come Diamond Honda can be so paralyzed with customers feedback? I am so regret that I have bought a car from Diamond Honda, and also from a so irresponsible sales manager Allan Ho.

He got me into a brand new 2018 car that was in my budget and the exact one I wanted. Pleasantly surprised!

Felt apprehensive before going to this dealership because I read some negative reviews about them on YELP, however, they had the exact car I was looking for so I gave it a go. Soon as we arrived, Chung Li met us with a big smile & immediately got the car we went there for ready for us to test drive. Honestly, I was waiting for him to flip a switch, but he never did, even during negotiations. Despite several hiccups that came up which almost prevented us from getting the car, he kept his upbeat attitude and did everything he could to make sure our purchase went through. Even the finance manager, Sara, stepped up to the plate and tried everything she could to make sure we had the best deal...without any pressure! She even threw in extras without us asking for them. At the very end, we almost couldn?t take the car home because our auto insurance card did not have my son?s name on it which is who we bought the car for. Chung stepped in again and tried to contact the insurance for us and/or figure out a way around the issue. Unfortunately, it was too late in the night to get a hold of anyone. This is when the dealership manager (sorry I forgot his name) stepped in & threw in a 1 month insurance policy covering us and & my son without any extra cost to us!!! Honestly the best auto purchase experience I have ever had or witnessed in all my life & everyone who was with me agreed. Indeed it was a pleasant experience and though everything took almost 3 hours, it didn?t feel that way at all. In addition, the dealership was very clean with a play area for kids and a nice sized customer lounge w a flat screen, coffee & tea maker. This place is gonna be my go to next time I buy a car!
