This dealership is a waste of space.

This dealership is a waste of space. A few of their techs are good at doing half work for you to come back about the same problem so they can charge you more. The GM Gary knows about the defrauding that takes place.

Downplay of words on services needed.

Downplay of words on services needed. And told me right off the rip that i needed tires, wipers, battery and a whole system flush. Right off of looking at the car. then charged me for a diagnostic but told me i need a battery to get the diagnostic. The only thing i needed was an oil change.

Disgusting ?

Extensive wait times on phone for scheduling appointments and during service days. After service, be prepared for your car to be covered in garage dirt and an unpleasant odor. Their cleaning standards seem to be lacking.

Professionally served

Great pleasure working with Dorrell Knight. I came in for routine maintenance of my 2018 Silverado and and left with a 2023 Silverado. Was very straight forward and no professional

The experience was amazing since over the years. I just happen to get up early and beat the crowds. It was right before Thanksgiving

My car repair

Terrible my car should be on the recall list 2018 Equinox and it is raining in the sun roof and superior Chevrolet don?t want to fix it

The Worst

First off why do I have to leave my car with you for 3-5days just to do a diagnostic, then it took 7 days and still no work was done , On top do that they don?t answer the phone or return messages , NEVER WILL I go back there

Needs Improvement

I got there before 11:30 Took me 4 hours to get an oil change that was scheduled for 12. Then they looked at me like i was crazy for asking for some type of compensation
