Came to get my rear tail light replaced. I purchased a tail light at autozone before heading there, placed it in my trunk, only to find out they don’t... use outside parts. Not a problem, I was simply going to return the bulb to autozone. When I got my car back, guess what’s missing from my trunk??? The bulb that I purchased on my own. I confronted the rep who checked my car in, who then asked the tech that worked on the car. The tech claims he never saw it, or used it. BULL****. I have the purchase receipt from autozone, the rep checked my car with me, and it’s not there. Unfortunately I can’t prove that he took it, but I’m not dumb. I’m never getting my car serviced here again. I hate a liar almost as much as I hate a thief, and this technician is both. Beware if you bring you own parts in. They may be stolen for the techs personal use. Or may be used on your car while you simultaneously get charged for the dealership’s parts.
The Gm Gary got very personal and rude with me regarding my vehicle. I feel threatened and uncomfortable with his tone towards me as a black woman. The... Gm Gary is very aggressive and gets aggravated easily which is dangerous when dealing with public. It was brought to my attention among other things by one of their employees that this dealership is in a predominantly black community and seems to be overcharging us. I'm currently reaching out to the Michigan corporate office diversity department because these practices must be looked into. In our community the parts and services are slightly higher than in white communities apparently. In addition they start services on your vehicle at one set price then continously call you back for more money knowing your vehicle is taken apart therefore you are stuck and have to pay it. Gary the Gm is very rude and can't keep his personal feelings out of his work. I brought the inconsistent manner of the prices to his attention now he refuses to give me the quote on the services he recommended for my vehicle. Gary the Gm wants me to pay a diagnostic fee but refused to give me a diagnosis, with prices on my vehicle in writing and that sounds a little fishy to me. In the past they always gave me a written estimate but now he knows that I know about what they have been doing he refuses to give me written quote. Ultimately we are working to get to the bottom of this and find out what exactly are his intentions. I've also requested the owner Charles (Buddy) Hyatt contact me.
I LOVE Superior Chevrolet. They will have my business for every vehicle i buy! Their staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend Superior Chevrolet... to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle.

They did and said whatever just to get me in a car I really didn’t want and kept trying to increase the down payment. I ended up getting a refund. Complete... waste of time! Do Not Go To James the salesman!
Had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a oil change and I had an appt.
This place was without a doubt the WORST attempt at a car buying experience I have ever had. I am 65 and bought many cars in my life, so being the worst... ever is saying something. No one, not the “salesman” Clarence Williams, not either of the two “managers” (one was the General Manager Gary Marotta) I encountered, welcomed me to the dealership nor thanked me at any time for coming in. I was talked down to, arm twisted, and pressured every step of the way. The car I looked at was overpriced versus Kelly Blue book and they way undervalued my very nice trade in. Their “negotiations” were to rail at me for not letting them make enough profit, they used the old “I’ve got more money in the car than you’re offering me” line, which is always a lie. Somehow they have the car priced online at $20,815, yet when I got there it was $21,495. KBB is $19,211. They also took my key for my trade and consistently would not give it back when I asked. They are liars, high pressure sales, and not willing to fix even the most minor issues on a used car. Avoid this terrible business at all costs. Oh, by the way, I did not buy the car from them. What a shock!

Had an appointment for a check engine light problem. Issue resolved within a 6 hour time frame, and was covered by the power train warranty. Thanks.
