Great Customer Service
I would like to commend William Berry on his customer Service and knowledge about the cars he sells. I was just looking, but he took the time to show me cars and tell what features would work for me. I didn't buy this time, but when I am ready, I will certainly ask for Mr. Berry!

Delightful Car Buying Experience from start to finish

When I walked in, Will immediately greeted me and offered to help with whatever I needed. I was nervous about going in but he helped me with the whole process and at the end of the day I walked out with an amazing car. Thanks to the people At TRONCALI especially Will.

HORRIBLE SERVICE and CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
I wish there was negative stars to choose from. I bought my $30000 car from this dealership and they sure did not have a problem having five salesman chasing me. Very recently had a problem, could not get it looked at for a week, could not get a loaner, the estimate for the fix was around $1400, another dealer $700. Parts used were 1/3 of the price on the internet. Did not even get treated respectfully. Service Manager (John) is EXTREMELY arrogant and unfriendly, same as the adviser. When we questioned the extra charge, the service manager made my husband and I feel very small. His tone was condescending and treated us like we are a bunch of beggars. After making us feel like crap he brings the price down by $60, i told him i didn't want it. WILL NEVER EVER buy a car from this dealership or go there for a service. I would rate them -10.

Mr or Mrs Kurtz; When you brought your vehicle which was out of warranty in for an electronic issue, we explained the repair and charges, which you accepted. You then found a part on line, which did not include installation in the cost. As you had already gave us permission to make the repair with our factory EOM part, we proceeded with your permission at the price we quoted you.
