Friendly, Knowledable and went out of his way to help make sure to put me in the vechicle I wanted. Also want to give a shout out to their finance manager Tim. If a client comes to you to repair something in the car.

If a client comes to you to repair something in the car. You put in the queue a month or two months later, but the person needs it today to go to work. And what driver is satisfied with this? Your relationship who has a Hyundai car come in a month or two months is humiliating.

First service on my new Genesis yesterday was excellent,

First service on my new Genesis yesterday was excellent, very thorough and quick. I am happy that Jeremy Bee is handling my service. I have used another luxury car dealer in the area and this service department was more efficient. Based on one visit, I highly recommend this dealership for service!

Dishonest

We saw a car on the internet for a certain price. My husband and I drove 2 hours to see it. The car was not even detailed, The manager told me there was a scratch on the bumper. When we got there it was more than a scratch. Dishonest. On top of that they were trying to charge more by adding new tires which was not on the sale advertisement. The salesman told us it was on a sale due to black Friday and was less than the original price. I would not give them the time of day! We were about to drive away and she came knocking on my window and came down in the price. She made my blood pressure go up I was so mad.

When I visited the dealership I was greeted by Raven.

When I visited the dealership I was greeted by Raven. This young lady is new to the car sales industry. A very pleasant young who was able to answer my questions and if she didn't know the answer, she went out of her way to research and get the information for me. Raven was very helpful throughout the buying experience and I drove away in my new Lexus !

We had the best experience.

We had the best experience. Hubby brought me a 2024 Hyundai palisade. Janee Cato salesperson and Jennifer in finance we amazing and professional. Explained everything in detail to us. Thanks ladies for an amazing experience. Carley was amazing as well. Would definitely buy another from them.

There service department is poor

As with most dealerships Hamptons sales department is very good. Making promises etc but their service department is terrible. They can not make timely appointments even if your new car is under warranty and has mechanical issues. They insist that they are six weeks out. Therefore I can not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we have had an influx of repairs the past few months due to major warranty recalls. These jobs take a lot of time out of our technician's schedule to complete and thus, backs up everyone else's time slots for appointments. We hope to have this issue resolved in the very near future.

Markups, poor trade-in value, customer service bad

Save yourself some time. Avoid this dealer. They charge mark-ups, not listed on the website or on the cars themselves. Their trade-in offers have to be terrible jokes. Just head over to Pensacola (our next stop in looking for a car).
