Curd appeal is FANTASTIC!

I was very pleased walking in to be greeted by Brad. I told him I had driven 40 miles to look at a vehicle they had listed on line under their Fritz in Fishers dealership. Brad walked me through the whole vehicle & rode with me on the test drive. While Brad made sure the vehicle was ready to go, he introduced me to James who finished the paperwork with me. In just a few hours I was on the road. I would definitely go back & highly recommend Fritz in Fishers! Thanks guy! Ed H.

Worst service!!!!!!

I’ve never written a review before and with this experience I had with Fritz I told myself I would need to speak up so others would be aware. So doing the buying process, we were told the plates will be mailed in and we had nothing else to worry about. But after almost a month they sent us a letter in the mail saying we have to go to DMV to show proof of insurance since they never asked for one when we bought. But we already had it printed out before we even picked up the vehicle. Anyway, I got to the DMV and was kind of confused of what I needed so I called Fritz back and asked them what was going on. James misinformed me about the process. It’s like he didn’t know the whole process and why it says on the bill of sales says they charged me for registration fees. They never explained that the registration fees on the bill of sales was actually the title fees. We were very much misinformed. The whole thing was very frustrating and disappointing. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Sometimes out of state registration processing can be confusing, however we try to work with out customers to make it as streamlined as possible. Great Experience

Bought a great car start to finish in under 90 min. The guys are not pushy, and incredibly helpful. I recommend this place on all counts!

jeep patriot

super bad just wanted to take our money and sold it to someone else from under us and lied to us and said that we haven’t called for 24 hours

Great experience at Fritz

I bought a 2013 Explorer from Fritz in Fishers. Bill Brandt was the salesman I worked with. He was very thorough, friendly and professional. Good experience

Our used car was top notch! Even better than the pictures and a great price. The dealership was long on integrity and quality. The salesmen were better than their word! Everyone was very kind and helpful. It was worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to do business with Fritz. We highly recommend them when searching for vehicles and honest service. They maintain a high class business!

Mike, no one can ever be 100% sure of the quality of a used vehicle from the photos and pictures alone; you truly have to see a vehicle yourself to know what kind of shape it's in. Luckily for our viewers, we try to take anywhere from 30-45 photos per vehicle so that an accurate portrayal can be displayed... no one wants to show up to a dealership only to see the vehicle they saw online was not accurately represented. Also, thanks for driving from so far away to buy your car from us! We receive a lot business from those whom are not in our backyard.

lost my respect

We just purchased a used Jeep Wrangler..salesman was great ....but finance guy had us signing papers before even discussing interest rate and payments. Then within 3 days we noticed that the rear main seal leaking and oil in our garage. Our garage actually has a vinyl coating so we could clearly see there was an issue. After calling the dealership and short run around. They said we could bring in and they would have service check it out. Well we live in Greenwood and fishers is a bit of a drive so we talked to their service before deciding to take vehicle up to make sure they would take care of it. No they would not so we had the vehicle 3 days....after Fritz telling us all vehicles were fully inspected. Not to mention that tire carrier on rear of vehicle was also broke almost in half. We notified them of this the same day and was also told ...sorry. Again, for a company that claims to do complete inspections,hard to believe they would miss the obvious.

John, We apologize our service did not meet your expectations. We have our vehicles inspected; raised in the air to check for leaks underneath the vehicle. In this case, we did not see any oil leaks underneath the vehicle, per the inspection sheet. I know that you have spoken to our service manager since the oil was noticed, however if you would like to discuss further issues, please reach back to us. Thank you.
