Great service and got in and out less than a hour. Jerry worked with me over the phone and got everything moving fast before coming in. I came in to look at cars and left same day with a new 2017 Altima.

I was fresh out of a bankruptcy, self employed and ready to give up. I contacted J&M auto sales, hoping that I could find someone to work with me and my complicated situation. I spoke to Rich and was given a pre approval, having heard that before, I didn't take him seriously. My husband and I spoke to Jerry a few days later, he was very kind and understanding of our situation. We sent in the necessary documents, and were told we had a 100% approval. We made the hour trip out there, and drove home that afternoon in our new car! I'm still in disbelief that Jerry was able to make this happen! The buying process was easy and most of the work was done over the phone. I took a chance and I was not disappointed! We are extremely grateful for his help and will be recommending J&M to others in the future as well as shopping here for future vehicles. Our car is newer, low mileage and affordable. Full disclosure: this was my 1st time ever shopping for a used vehicle, so my ignorance may be the significant factor in this experience as perhaps it is simply the way this works. I was shopping for a used SUV under $7000, preferably manual transmission, for a new driver in my household. I realize this price range limits the quality expectations for such a vehicle. When I dropped by this lot, Jerry shared he had an '06 Sorento w/ 87000 miles that had been there for a while and he would be willing to drop the price to move it. I asked if it had any mechanical issues, but he said his mechanic had looked it over to be good. The Autocheck report he provided indicated a clean history with 2 owners and no accidents. The sale price we agreed upon was actually on the higher side of "fair price" according to KBB, so I was good with it. The problem is that in my lack of knowledge with cars, I didn't really know what details to look for before the purchase. After driving it home, I noticed the fuel gauge didn't work, there seemed to be a leak, and it sounded quite loud. After a few miscues for a diagnosis, my neighbor recommended a trustworthy mechanic who replaced the fuel gauge, shared that a new alternator was needed, and identified a hole on the passenger side near the muffler due to rust causing the noise issue. Thanks to my neighbor, all of these repairs were much cheaper than the initial diagnoses I received, elsewhere but I still felt taken in the purchase process. I don't know that Jerry knowingly tried to put one past me, but I would have liked to have thought he would have known about these conditions and could have shared them with me up front. Perhaps this is not realistic to expect for dealers with respect to all of the vehicles on their lots. All of that being said, Jerry was courteous and quick to reply in all of our exchanges throughout the process, I just wish there was a way to have known what all I was getting into prior to purchase. It may not have even changed my decision, but I wouldn't have felt like such a fool afterward.

Jerry was easy to talk to and he had two great guys deliver my car to me! I felt comfortable working with him and bought my car sight unseen!

Jerry and Rich were very helpful in the buying process.. we drove three hours to purchase this car and was worth it !!
