After buying my car and taking it for service at least 3-

After buying my car and taking it for service at least 3- 4 times and ask them to fix a raddle nose that turned out to be a major known problem in the exhaust system for these GMC Arcadia's Carl Black Orlando not only ignored the problem they never addressed and always ignored. I took it to another GMC dealer and immediately they found the problem when driving into the service department they say, "Sir you have a problem with the exhaust system" and I said to them, I have been asking my home dealer Carl Black Orlando to fix it, and they have said they can't find the problem. I told them I have an extended warranty and imagine my surprise when they said the manufacture warranty is expired and to my surprise the extended warranty I purchase at Carl Black Orlando expired at the same time the manufacturing warranty. I called Carl Black Orlando to ask what was going on with my extended warranty and they said, well it's a third party, it's expired, and there's nothing we can do about it. What a rip off, that is not what I purchase at the time I purchase my vehicle from the dealer. This is a total disappointment. When researching, the GMC's Arcadia's have a KNOWN exhaust problem that has yet to be recognized for a RECALL so the consumer like me, now has to dish our $2,000 to fix my car because Carl Black Orlando ignore me the 4 times, I took my car for service when I asked them to check the noise. I am sure Carl Black Orlando knew that the noise was a known exhaust system issue, and they refuse to fix it.

I had a fantastic experience at Carl Black Orlando! Tomaris was incredibly helpful and provided amazing customer service from start to finish — super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. A big shoutout to Rahim and Shami as well for making the process smooth and stress-free. Everyone went above and beyond to help me get into the car I really wanted. Highly recommend this team — they truly care about their customers!

I stopped by Sunday night at 8:40pm they close at 9pm.

I stopped by Sunday night at 8:40pm they close at 9pm. I was greeted by Tomaris Hill. I was expecting to be rushed due to it being so late. It was the total opposite. He was respectful and very knowledgeable. I came back the next day ( after staying after hours with Tomaris) and we were able to find something I liked. Between him and Shami Johnson ( sales and leasing consultant) process was smooth and timeless. Big thank you to the team for all that you did. I will be seeing you in the future for my upgrade

Worst sales experience I have ever had in my 35 years of

Worst sales experience I have ever had in my 35 years of buying vehicles. Purchased a truck that had dealer installed parts missing and was promised that I would receive them after the purchase but never got satisfaction on receiving all of the items owed to me that were paid for as part of the purchase including having an IOU for the items. Wrestled with them for over 6 months with no satisfaction and finally purchased and installed the items myself. I will never buy a vehicle from them in the future.
