Miriam and Alex were able to get the vehicle ready for test drive w/in 20 minutes. Miriam was knowledgeable and efficient at getting paperwork ready for sale and registration. Alex expedited the waiting process by making sure all my concerns about getting the car ready to drive home on the same day. Thank you for making it an easy process.

Miriam was my sales person. She met with me before the dealership was technically open, especially since she knew I was traveling from far away. She kept on top of the entire process and I felt very comfortable in her abilities to get things done in an efficient manner. It was a great experience.

After searching the internet for our next car, I came across the vehicle we were looking for online at A better way wholesalers on Cars.com. After talking to Miriam, I went to look at the vehicle, where Alex showed us the car and took us for a test drive. After explaining how their process works and agreeing on a price, we put down a deposit and waited for the paperwork to be finalized and the mechanical safety check to be completed. Two weeks later we left the lot with smiles on our faces in our new car. Alex was very helpful and informative, and kept us abreast of what was happening in this process. I would definitely recommend Alex and a better way to anyone looking for a quality used car.

I came from Brooklyn, NY to see a car and they tell me that they can't sell it to me due to the fact that the paperwork isn't ready for it. So My question is this, WHY ADVERTISE A CAR IF YOU CANT SELL IT !?!?!?!?
