Great experience with Chris Foody

The place itself is not beautiful. I did not care, I had a great experience, Chris Foody was very helpful and was great to work with. He always responded to my messages quickly and took good care of me. I would definitely recommend him!

good price, but don't believe the dealer, he could trick you

Bought 2013 volvo xc60, car is amazing and price is good. Dealer brought car for volvo dealer inspection, provided 60 days warranty, helped to register everything in dmv which is nice. Bad things: problem with battery and dealer tricked me saying that will take care of everything, when I took a walk around his place found out that they didn't open a hood, just started the engine. When arrived at home found out, that there is no physical key inside the remote, with low battery I even won't be able to open the car. Finally: right after the purchase need to take care of car and not sure that I'll start engine next morning; volvo keys purchase and car programming is really expensive, price is not so excellent after that.

Never even got back to me...

I attempted to contact this dealer through the cars.com app on my phone. About 2 weeks ago I tried to schedule a time for me to take the 2 1/2 hour trip down there to see the car. I work M-F sometimes weekends I can't just randomly drive down there on a whim... Sure enough, like other reviews claimed, this dealer never even responded to my email or anything. Very unsatisfied because I was really interested in one particular car they had. How can you expect to gain business this way?

Great experience great price!

I couldn't have asked for a better for a better experience! I found the perfect car for me well below market value and in beautiful condition. Kent was so helpful and HONEST! Buying wholesale is the way to go! I will NEVER go to a dealership again! I hope that all people looking are knowledgeable enough to do their research ask questions and trust that they aren't going to waste your time. They have a car for you there and you WILL get a good deal. It's a totally different style of purchasing that sets aside dealer fluff and gets right down to brass tax. Go there with patience and an open mind. Don't mistake a straight shooting sales energy for rudeness and dishonesty. Be thankful for the money you are about to save and have fun with it! 2 kuerig machines so you can load up on caffine and try to keep up with them! So much fun and a great outcome. Money talks and b.s. walks. Love them!

Better Way for Who?

We pulled in and had to wait to find a parking spot. The guy we set up an appointment with was busy, so we got sent to someone else. We told him which car we wanted and about 25 minutes later, he showed up in it. There was a McDonalds bag in the front seat. The car had scrapes on the trunk and roof and the seats were stained, it only had 25000 miles on it! We asked for a different car and we saw it pull up about 15 minutes later. We looked at it and it was pretty much the same way with stained seats and something on the hood that didn't seem to come off. Then we find out that the car was not brought for us, but for someone else. Our guy was still looking for it! We asked if they could get ahold of our sales person and they said they couldn't. We told them to let him know that we were leaving. I don't understand that a company that has so much inventory doesn't get a place that the customer can feel comfortable. Let the customers see the cars they want without such a hassle. Even after waiting for a car to show up, there is no spot for that car to park so you can look at it. People also need to realize that the prices here are better because nothing is done to these cars. They don't vacuum then or try to clean them. The tires are what they are and I would imagine no engine or break work is done. Their name is a good name for the people selling the cars, but not the customer. Spend some money!

Best car buying experience ever.

By far the best car buying experience ever. They have some many options to choose from and the customer service is incredible. The Agents went out of their way to help me find a car that best fits my needs. My credit isn't all that good but they still didn't give up on me or push me to the side for a more qualified customer. Got what I came for and more. The best car dealership in the east coast.

Wasted my time. Don't know what they have on lot

I called the dealership at 12:00 PM and was told that the vehicle on their website was still available. I called again at 1:30 PM and talked to JOHNNY. He was pretty rude right from the start. I told him that I was going to leave work early to drive 2.5 hours to look at the vehicle. He said I should call before I leave to make sure it was still there. I called at 3 PM to again tell him that I was on my way. He said he would get the vehicle out and ready for a test drive. JOHNNY called me at 4:30 to tell me that he couldn't find the vehicle and that he just found out it was sold. When I reminded him that I left work 2 hours early and had already been on the road for 1.5 hours he was very unapologetic and said I should call his manager to complain. He seemed more upset that he was put out than the fact that he WASTED MY TIME. Very unprofessional and disorganized dealership. That's about the nicest way I can bring myself to put it.

Bad brakes, wouldn't resolve issue.

First off, the sales people were great, very personable. The car itself was sold to me needing new brakes and rotors. Unsafe to drive and the dealer says they "inspected" it prior to leaving. A day later the brakes start screeching and my mechanic showed me the grooves in the rotors from the brakes being completely worn down in the front. When trying to contact the dealer about it they said it's not their issue and I ended up having to pay for new brakes because my car was not safe to be on the roads. Definitely a shady dealership. Avoid them if you have the option.
