A sketchy used car dealer
I would not recommend this place. When you go to test drive the car and the gear shifter head and one sun shade are missing, and the brakes sound like they're completely shot, you know you're at a sketchy place. That being said they are certainly very busy. It is a small place with limited parking, and they have to go get your car from a satellite lot if you want to see it. Be prepared to wait for your car. Also, all other dealers I visited over the next two days badmouthed this place. Salesman Miguel was very nice to deal with though.

Superior Customer Service

James Palmer was very honest with me. He worked with me to find a car that I loved and could afford. I never felt overwhelming pressure to purchase a car as I had experience at other dealerships that tried to convince me that I could afford payments beyond my budget. In addition, James went over the functions of the car several times and was never short with me. I appreciated this as I went from a vehicle that did not have power locks, or a radio with a CD player or Aux output or a locked gas tank. He also showed me additional features that the Jetta has and made me feel comfortable with my decision to purchase the vehicle.

Wouldn't consider going anywhere else
Eric was very helpful with our purchase as well as upfront with how this business is run. He focused on making sure his guests were happy and in a car that they would love and be able to afford. We appreciated the honesty and would definitely consider doing business again there. When the whole process was complete, there was an error in the DMV system and Eric came to deliver my car on his day off as I wasn't able to get it the night before. His dedication shows!!

Bait and switch, unprofessional
We saw three cars on their website that had attractive prices. But when we arrived the sales person said they were sold. This person didn't even operate out of his own desk! He eventually borrowed another colleague's computer and handed us the mouse to browse around the website. We could do that at home! The office was chaotic for a Monday evening. No wonder there are tons of negative reviews on other websites about this dealership. Many stories of demanding $1000 before even seeing a car. Numerous customers also said they were told the car they came for was sold and only sometimes were given option to pick another or go home. Tons of reviews about bad warranty and rude service. Many customers bought cars with problems the second day or a month later. This dealership brings tons of customers in by the lower online prices and then try to sell them a different car. I spoke to a former customer who said dealer wouldn't even take a credit card for a portion of sale price unless he paid another 10% transaction fee. I am actively telling people I know to avoid this dealership unless they know what they are getting into: low expectations of customer service, bait and switch, nickel and dime the price, a lot of luck to get a decent car from them.

HERE'S WHAT i WOULD SAY ABOUT THIS SLEAZY DEALERSHIP: DIRTY, DISHONEST, TERRIBLE SALES PEOPLE, EVEN WORSE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, THIEVES, SLEAZY OWNERSHIP, CARS THEY DON'T EVEN CHECK BEFORE DELIVERING. STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST. THEY SAY THEY HAVE A 98% POST SALES SATISFACTION RATING NOT IN MY OPINION IT SHOULD BE A 98% DISSATISFACTION RATING . ALL AROUND THEY ARE "BAD NEWS"

Poor respect for the customer
Each of our vehicles undergoes a rigorous pre-delivery safety inspection to ensure it will be worry free from the moment you pick it up. THIS IS WHAT A BETTER WAY AUTO claims on its web site. Key point safety inspection. I bought a car for my son when we got it home we found out that the driver’s side door wouldn't unlock the only way to unlock it was manually you had to crawl in from the passenger side and push the button. No big deal I called them they say bring the car in Monday. Meanwhile I take the car to my mechanic he tells me the car needs front wheel bearings rear brakes and there is evidence that the car had been hit in the front end. Monday they change the front wheel bearings no problem. But they had to order the parts for the door lock. WHERE WAS THIS RIGOROUS SAFTY INSPECTION that failed to find malfunctioning door locks. You order the parts on the 9th and said they would be in on the 16th meanwhile your mechanic made the door unable to lock at all. Now I can't leave the vehicle anywhere unattended. The 16th comes no parts 18th no parts when I call and ask for service dept I'm put on hold for about 5 minutes then the line disconnects. Now I have to go down to see if my parts have come in. On the 18th you tell me 25th the parts will be in they come in the 24th now that the parts are in you inform me I can bring the car in on the 6th of October another week so 3 weeks total no big deal for a problem that slipped by your SAFTY INSPECTION THAT ENSURE THE VEHICLE WILL BE WORRY FREE FROM THE MOMENT YOU PICK IT UP. Now I meet with the GM Mike Bowe he start off by belittling me and talking down to me and saying that I was a nuisance and needed to be gone and how dare I criticize their service and then he had the audacity to talk about our future relationship. Let me say something to Mike Bowe the customer has the right to complain if they feel they are receiving inadequate service. Your bullying and intimidating tactics and how you insult and talk to customers shows how unprofessional you are and that you only care about selling cars and nothing about the customer after they buy the car. So let's rate A BETTER WAY AUTO You get a A for your photo's on you website You get a D for the appearance scratches dents cosmetic that didn't show up in the photo's You get a D for delivery of the vehicle not being worry free You get a D for taking 3 weeks to resolve a problem that was there before car was purchased You get a F for how you belittled and insulted the customer. I know someone from a better way is going to answer with a rebuttal and say they don't understand what I'm complaining about or that my problem has been resolved . And to that I say you knew everything that was wrong with the vehicle and sold it anyway if you did your rigorous inspection like you claim things like this wouldn't happen. And that goes back to you will do anything to sell a car and don't care about the customer after they buy it. I guess I can assume I won't be getting that second key that you promised me.

Great service
Johnny was very helpful throughout the entire process and he answered all our questions in detail. He was understanding and did everything he could to accommodate our circumstances. The whole process of purchasing a used car can be a hassle, but with his help it was a smooth process. There were no high pressure tactics one would expect at a dealership and I left the lot confident in my purchase. I was very satisfied with the service. If you are in the market for a used car, this is the place to go!
